Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Here you will find proximity to Gothenburg city center (14 minutes), tranquility and nice swimming. Warm welcome to my guest house!

Peaceful accommodation by the sea

With the sea in the eye-catcher is the guesthouse built in 2021 on a part of our property. There are sleeping places for four people, two in the double bedroom and two on the loft in single beds. The guesthouse includes a wind-protected patio. Here, all seasons have their charm. May-September there is a swimming ladder from cliffs 200 m away. It is just over a km to the municipal swimming area with jetties. There are good opportunities for walks/hikes and excursions at Tjörn. Härön protects against the winds from the open sea to the west.

Lovely summer/winter house at Kyrkesund, Tjörn 120 m2 with open plan, fireplace, 2 TV screens, Wi-Fi, 3 rooms and 1 sleeping loft with standing height. Totally sleeps 12. Hot tub for 8-10 people and outdoor shower. 1km to Sculpture Park in Pilane. 2 km to Kyrkesund (boat to Härön and restaurant Magasinet) 12 km to Watercolour museum in Skärhamn. 15 km to the golf course. 6 km Björholmens Marina with restaurant. Welcome to Kyrkesund! In our summer house there is room for friends and family. Here you live surrounded by nature and nice walking areas with proximity to swimming and attractions. There are a total of 11 beds including mattresses in the loft (level 3). In addition to that, there is a double sofa bed and space for more mattresses. There's also a playground nearby. 1 adult and 3 children's bikes are available and some helmets. Bedding is not included.

Wonderful pool in the newly renovated room (80 m2) with a sauna and shower. Lovely balcony with a magic sea view over the horizon. Both bathrooms are newly renovated . Perfect house for two families, lovely nature experience. Housekeeping, sheets and towels are included as a service.

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

Welcome to one of the West Coast's most beautiful gems. The house is centrally located with sea views in the picturesque fishing community, only 40 meters from the steamboat jetty with ferry connection to Härön and 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach. On Härön is the popular restaurant Magasinet, but also beautiful hiking trails at the end of the coastal band. Padel courts are available both in Kållekärr and in Skärhamn (10 minutes by car).

Modern home right by the sea. Wonderful view You walk from the living room right out on your own jetty for a swim in the sea. Modern house with a lot of light, sea view from all rooms. Three bedrooms with 5 beds plus a sofa bed. Quiet area with another 14 houses. 10 minute drive to Skärhamn with shops, shops, harbor, etc. drive way all the way to the private parking. Sheets and towels are available at a cost of SEK 500

Cozy apartment in lovely Kyrkesund, close to swimming

Nice apartment Kyrkesund with its own WC and shower. Close, 400 meters, to child-friendly swimming area. Take the ferry over to Härön for nice walks and rock swimming. Visit the amazing art exhibition Sculpture in Pilane, about 5 km by car or 4 km walk. Hike along the coast or visit cozy Björholmen or Skärhamn. Good location for those looking to fish trout or why not to lobster fishing.
