Great place to stay. Beautiful views and well equipped house. It’s not the budget option but it’s worth it. The only thing is you have to be prepared for Ukrainian reality, sometimes electricity does go off. Hopefully war will be over soon and it won’t be a problem 🤞

Це місце просто неймовірне. Збережено українську автентику. Навіть працює піч і грубка. З іншого боку, для комфорту є все: сучасний санвузол, екофлоу, проектор, кавомашина, jbl колонка.

Чудове місце! Дуже привітний господар, швидко відповідає. Будинок знаходиться в сосновому лісі, поруч Київське море. Надзвичайно гарна і чиста територія, щоб усамітнитися з природою і відпочити від міста. Будинок дуже затишний, з чарівними меблями та декором, чистий і з усім необхідним. Окрема насолода це сад біля будинку, можливість розпилити багаття, зона барбекю. Це ідеальне місце для відпочинку, дуже рекомендую

Ми відпочивали у Олександра в будинку, сімє'ю 11 людей . Нам все сподобалось, всім було де розміститись. Дуже зручний гриль, та охайна територія. Багато посуду для готування та напоїв. Басейн не використовували, бо нам було прохолодно. Олександр, дуже гарна людина, і допомогав нам зі всіма питаннями. Є також можливісь придбати вугілля для грилю. Чудове місце для відпочинку!

Good and peaceful place. Parking and all the facilities are available. Some of the things should be fixed, such as entrance door, fridge door. Overall, great place for a big company

Ubytování bylo naprosto dokonale. Prostorné, utulne, krásný výhled na Majdan. Snidane na balkoně také s výhledem na Majdan. Kuchyn veliká a vybavena tak akorát. Ne pro náročné vaření, ale snidane a menší rychla jídla se dali udělat. S majitelkou Viktorií byla snadná a příjemná komunikace. Z tohoto místa to bylo v dostupnosti pěšky na mnoho míst v blízkém centru i do vzdáleného parku na místním ostrově. Velmi doporučuji.

Абсолютно все в квартирі зроблено для комфорту гостей - від теплої підлоги та якісного кондиціювання і до таких дрібниць, як спеції, кава/чай, якісний посуд. Окрема вдячність за те, що Ігор дозволив заїхати трішки раніше, а виїхати пізніше. Із великим задоволенням повернемось знову!

This is a very nice apartment in the city center. Everything in the apartment works perfectly. Checkin and checkout went smooth and additionally I got many useful tips from the host. Recommended!

This was the second time we were staying at Olena’s apartment and we absolutely love it! Amazing cosy location with a few good dining places around. Clean and artistic apartment with everything you need inside. Also there was a cosy working desk which is important when you work remotely. Host is super responsive and caring. They also ordered a water so we didn’t have to buy it. Highly recommend and we are staying here again! 💙

It's a sad truth but were it not for war I'd never afford this place. It's a marvel for people watching with the square below and the unpredictable events that take place there. The framework has a nostalgia of the best Soviet period ideals (equality of the essentials of life) and highly decorative brutalist architecture all along Khreshchatyk Street without the stiffling corruption of the old totalitarian myasma. The interior is highly modern (as displayed) and outside is the sweet underground Globus Mall with all kinds of restaurants along the streets. There's great wifi and friendly house keeping. The balcony is great for reading in warmer weather and there's a beautiful but haunting melody that plays outside at noon. It was an excellent place to read in for a month. Even the daily air siren and blasts of the air defense might unnerve at first but the system is pretty robust in the face of constant threats.
