We are offering you a light ideally clean studio located in three minutes of walking from the "Druzhby Narodov" metro station. Alongside there are boulevards of Lesi Ukrainian and Druzhby Narodov, Bastionnaya street, Kikvidze street, botanical garden. Apartment is after excellent major renovation. Double doors (outward reserved with an electronic code lock with changing of code after every lodger), new windows, rollets of tissues. All furniture is new, made as it applies to this apartment. An apartment is equipped with the high-quality new sanitary engineering, domestic and with other technique (Air Conditioning, washing-machine, refrigerator, microwave owen, electric tea-pot, Plazma television set (multichannel cable TV), iron and ironing board, hair dryer, fax, access to high-speed Internet. Wide bed (140×200 sm) with orthopaedic matrace, belongings of beds and towels, tableware and all necessary flatwares. Hot water is round-the-clock. Cosmetic repairs of premises, replacement of some elements were carried out in May 2020. Additional sanitary and safety measures are being implemented at the object. In all rooms for air disinfection and surfaces installed bactericide ozone irradiators. Ultraviolet rays kill (inactivate) viruses, bacteria, mold, fungi, spores, and other infectious microorganisms.
