Everything was great. Big bed and sofa. Two sets of bedding. The kitchen had everything you needed. The bathroom has a hairdryer, towels, and even shampoo and shower gel. It's very convenient that you take the keys and then give it to the concierge. Only a place to park sometimes needs to be searched, but the area is large.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic—everything you could possibly need is right nearby (including a brand-new gym). The apartment itself is spotless, cozy, and looks exactly like the pictures. It genuinely felt like home. The host (Dariia) truly made my stay a delight; she was warm, friendly, and always available if I needed anything. I loved every minute of my stay and will 100% book again next time I'm in Kyiv. Thanks so much for everything! 🥰

Tanya's apartment is in the heart of Podil at Kontraktova metro station, which brings you quickly to all parts of town. Podil is a lively neighborhood, the apartment itself is very calm. Shops are near. The apartment is spacious, clean and very nice. Everything you need. Fantastic is that it has a power generator - so, no blackouts of electricity. Tanya is a very friendly host, always easy to reach. I hope to be back again soon.

The place is nice, nature, next to the river. The lodge is quiet, nice terrace. There are games in the house, there are tables and chairs, so you can change the locations where to sit ! Gospador was always in touch, responded quickly, and helped resolve any issues. There are small drawbacks, there were pans that did not work under the touch stove (the host immediately offered to buy us, and reimburse us) there are no curtains, if everything is visible so everything is visible and in the morning the sun will blind. No curtain in the bathroom (the wife was especially uncomfortable). But hosts hear and do everything they can to improve the house. If there were small remarks, these issues are quickly resolved, the hosts are polite and quick to communicate, we had a beautiful and relaxing holiday. I recommend it !

Nice and large house, a large area there is a place to sit, a barbecue area, only not a grill, which may not be convenient for anyone. Near River, Full Sleeps 8! There are dishes, glasses, and glasses and everything is as if everything is fine, but you want more cleanliness of the dishes. Dirty trash. There are a lot of drawers in the kitchen a little dirty and not all closes well, there is not enough table in the house at least a folding one to sit by the fireplace. Hosts are great, answered any question quickly. Recommended!

Good and peaceful place. Parking and all the facilities are available. Some of the things should be fixed, such as entrance door, fridge door. Overall, great place for a big company

I didn’t actually stay at Serhi’s place.. and I didn’t actually talk with Serhi either because he has been deployed with the Ukrainian civil defense battalion… but I spoke with his wife Maria who was super nice and very communicative. Their house is likely destroyed as fighting in Irpin was fairly heavy. My heart goes out to them and the Ukrainian people.

Apartment in 5 minutes from the metro. The location is correct. New, warm, clean. There is a paid parking nearby, and you can find a place to put for free around the house. A good alternative to staying at the Centre. By metro to Maidan Independence stop 15 min. Near 2 shopping centers.

I stayed in the apartment for two weeks and it was a real comfort from day one to the last. The apartment is perfectly clean, everything is thoroughly cleaned, pleasant scents and a feeling of coziness, like at home. The bed is very comfortable with a quality mattress and a nice bed. Maria is a great host, very friendly, always in touch, caring and sincere. She took care of every little thing to make the stay as convenient as possible. The apartment has everything you need: hairdryer, iron, enough towels, tea, coffee, sugar, and everything you need for a long stay. The kitchen has a full set of dishes and appliances, which allows you to easily cook full meals. I especially liked the stylish and fresh renovation, enough space for things, there is a large closet with a mirror, everything is made with taste, modern, at the same time very cozy. The location is convenient: close to shops, cafes, transport stops, everything is at your fingertips. This was a cool Airbnb experience. I recommend 100%
