On 70 acres – age-old trees, the arm of the Kozinka River. In winter, it is a huge illuminated skating rink, a hockey rink, and a hollow for the brave. Lots of greenery and thoughtful landscape design guarantee privacy and a cozy atmosphere.

This is a real dacha located 40 kilometers from Kyiv, in the village of Poroskotyn. The cottage is on the first line of Lake Gloria. In close proximity to a sandy beach among young birch trees, a restaurant, a bus stop, and a local grocery store. The house can accommodate up to six people.
