Home to Goethe and Schiller, Bauhaus and rich with culture, there is so much to see and do in this area. We have lovingly renovated our little cottage, framed by roses and furnished with antiques, melding the old-world with a touch of the modern. We hope that each of our guests feels at home.

Various seats invite you to relax. There are two beautiful bike paths to Weimar as well as an hourly bus connection.

A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. We and our two children welcome you to our small country house. We often spend our weekends and holidays here in rural surroundings. We occupy ourselves with the small garden and the animals, try our hand at old handicraft techniques, explore the surroundings, go for a walk in the forest and swim in the outdoor pool. This is how we relax here and regain strength for everyday life.

The Herrmannshof in Uftrungen! Since 1795. We have converted the former granary/hayloft on our four-sided farm into an apartment/rooms. 4 double rooms including shower/toilet/TV. Large separate lounge with radio/TV, dining area and free Wi-Fi as well as a fully equipped kitchen.
