The Gera bike path leads directly along the house. Business travelers will find quiet and relaxing nights as well as free parking.

The vacation home in Harztor/Ilfeld is idyllically located on the edge of the forest on a 2000 sqm garden plot opposite the main house. Car parking on the premises, charging facilities for electric vehicles and bicycle garage are available. Ideal starting point for Harz explorers; as hikers, skiers, bikers, motorists or leisurely with the Harz Narrow Gauge Railways. Distance to train station, supermarket, restaurant about 500 m. Free Wi-Fi. Laundry service by appointment.

The apartment is centrally located in the Dichterviertel, surrounded by beautiful parks, the Flutgraben, many bridges and close to the beautiful Steigerwald. If you want to explore the Old Town, with our many sights, then it is only about a 10-minute walk. But you can also take the tram. The stop is practically at your doorstep.

It offers two cozy bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. A highlight is the conservatory with fireplace – perfect for relaxing evenings. The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the city park, the Orangerie and the center of Gotha. Just like the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum, everything can be reached in a few minutes. It has a separate entrance just for our guests. This is now the third apartment and we hope that this is also sufficient for our guests' expectations. We look forward to seeing as many interesting guests as possible!

At the foot of the mountain is the town of Sondershausen, so bakers and shops can be reached within 5 minutes.

Located in the center of Sondershausen next to the town hall below the castle, our service apartment of approx. 48 m² in the attic of the hotel invites you to work and relax. In the immediate vicinity of the castle, you are 150 m in the countryside and can enjoy a walk in this beautiful castle park. The center offers you numerous restaurants, cafes, museums & shopping within walking distance. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

Santa´s Stay

An individually and lovingly furnished apartment of 30 sqm awaits you. The apartment has been completely renovated with natural and allergy-friendly materials. Clay plaster on the walls increases the air quality. The kitchen is fully equipped. The smart TV allows streaming. Bikes can be rented. Public transport is within 3 to 5 minutes' walking distance. The travel time to downtown is about 10 minutes by bus, train and bicycle.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building directly in Erfurt's old town in a central yet quiet location. It is also easily accessible by the existing elevator.
