A cosy, surprisingly spacious unit with a beautiful aesthetic. Our host was very responsive and also gave local recommendations. We hope to be back.

Very nice accommodation. Good equipped. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. We felt well and enjoyed the long weekend in the great house.

Fantastic Karoo getaway, peaceful and quiet, beautiful cottage with everything you need. Bit of a dirt road to get there, but I was able to do in a small car without any issues. I had to do some remote work while on the road and this was a great place to hunker down for a bit and do some work while experiencing a bit of Karoo life. No wifi but cellphone hotspot was fine for work, just had to move my phone around to get the best spot. Graaff-Reinet is about 1.5 hours away. Long stretches of empty road in this area, but bow and then you find a nice Farmstall next the road that is like a little oasis of Cape style food and culture, I loved it.

I had a wonderful stay on the farm. Very peaceful. The rain stopped and I was able to have a barbecue outside in the boma in the evening. Luke brought round some dry wood and welcomed me. Very comfortable bed in the main ensuite bedroom and i had a great night's sleep. I got up early to see if I could spot any wildlife in the nearby hills and got some great sightings of the local swallows as well as an eagle. I would love to return with friends for a longer stay next time
