Cozy, old house in idyllic area, but still centrally located. Cheerful host who went a long way to arrange for us.

The cottage is all with all the comforts and very comfortable. The hosts, Hans and Annelene are very hospitable and we got tips for places to visit in the area. We'd love to come back to discover more of this beautiful area.

Great place, great setting and super nice host!

We had a lovely week in Rauland. We were there without a car and could do everything in about 15 minutes on foot (shopping, to the cross-country ski trails or even to the free ski bus). The house was very cozy and something very special!

Great house in a nice location for hiking fishing and hiking. The hosts and absolutely fabulous.

A very nice house with everything you need for vacation and for us for work. We used the house as a base for attending a conference in Nome. So it was great to come "home" for quiet and a walk or run in the beautiful surroundings - and then being able to prepare for the next day. The large screen and hot tub must wait until there is time for vacation stays.

Awesome experience staying in this house. Great kitchen and common areas and very nice bedrooms. We enjoyed it a lot and would definitely return without a moment of hesitation.

Perfect stay close by the city sentrum. Silje is very kind and is offering a nice place to relax with many spots in the garden where to rest. You can easily get to the Airbnb by walking, also, shopping centre is at 5mim walking distance.

We had a lot of fun at Marit's cabin,we were 5 adults and 2 children + a small dog. The beds were good and comfortable to sleep in,was very cozy both inside the cabin and on the outside. Cozy with large porch with heat lamp. Marit always responded quickly when you had questions. Was clean and tidy in the cabin. We would gladly came again🙂

had a wonderful stay at Mette's place in Vrådal! The accommodation was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Mette was an excellent host—welcoming, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. Vrådal itself is absolutely stunning, with its breathtaking natural beauty and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. I highly recommend both Mette’s place and Vrådal for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable retreat!

Simply great! Communication with the hosts was excellent – fast, friendly and incredibly helpful. They really went out of their way to provide us with a memorable stay. The house itself was a dream: super beautiful, incredibly cozy and furnished with so much love for detail. We felt comfortable and welcome from the first minute. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children who were on a skiing holiday in Vrådal. We have been in Vrådal for many years and this cabin was one of the best we had stayed in. There was plenty of space and the cabin was very well equipped and had everything we needed. It only took 2 minutes to walk to the lift/piste from the cabin and back. We had a few questions for the host (Henrik) along the way, and he responded immediately without any problems. All in all, we have been super happy with the stay in the cabin and if we come back to Vrådal next year, we will definitely try to book the same cabin again.

We are very to have stayed here. So nice to connect to nature and enjoy this cabin house. So cozy with the fireplace and beautiful beams. The area is beautiful near a lake where we went on a little stroll with a wooden boat. Nice!!! Perfect place to read books take a swimm in the lake and hike. The centre of Fyresdal has a nice cafe Hvelvet. Good coffee and cinnamon rolls

We had a wonderful week skiing in Vrådal and enjoyed the cozy cabin - breakfast overlooking the ski slopes, walking distance to the ski center and relaxing evenings on the sofa in front of the wood-burning stove. There was everything we needed - except for a wine opener 😀 Friendly and welcoming host.
