Cosy cottage in the nature and 75 meter to ocean

This is a wonderful, charming and cozy cottage in a naturreservate with just 100 meter to the ocean, where you also find a small beach and rocks. People like the silence here. Its a with bunk bed (140cm bed and 90 cm beds) and a trinettekitchen and fridge. Shower is outside with cold och hot vatter and also a dubbel outhouse with view over the ocean. Our big house is just beside, but still you got youre own place. Its 21 km to Gothenburg, 17 km to Kungälv and to the lovley Marstrand its 26 km.

The bed sofa can accommodate 2 adults (120cm wide). The sleeping loft 1 adult (Max 100kg, NOTE: Use is at own risk). 25min (car) to central Gothenburg. 50min (walk & bus) to central Gothenburg. We can say a lot of things, but you should go and see for yourself this place very close to nature and quiet. The location of this house and the nature that surrounds it are wonderful, the equipment in the accommodation is perfect. As for David, very responsive, available and warm.

A sandy beach area is visible, with numerous individuals enjoying the sun and water. Smooth rocks line the shore, and green trees are seen in the background. The sky is clear and blue, enhancing the serene lakeside atmosphere.

We had a lovely holiday and enjoyed every minute of our stay. We certainly recommend this house. We felt at home and there is lot’s to see and do in the neighbourhood. The private island and he’s amazing sunsets is an amazing place to be. Gothenburg is an amazing, lovely and vibrant city and of course Liseberg parc is a must do. The beautiful islands that you can easily visit, different beaches to go in the neighbourhood… so much to do …. Just magnificent and the hosts are very friendly and helpful.

This is one of the best homes we have been with. Even our kids agreed on this . We felt really taken care by Martin. Coming to his house felt like connecting with family you have not seen a long time ago that you suddenly realised you have missed seeing them . He has the gift of hospitality and this is reflected in how we were felt when we stayed at their home

It was our second visit to the home and we were just as excited this time. Everything is good quality and we enjoy both house and garden. Jennifer and Jens are great helpful hosts who generously give good advice to sights. We felt very welcome and would love to come again.
