Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

House of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

A pleasant apartment located in charming Gamlestan with sea view. Close to the sea with a long beach walk that is outside the house, where you can enjoy Lysekil's beautiful surroundings. Or eat at seaside restaurants such as Publik and NH5. The apartment is close to the city center (10-minute walk) where you can shop, eat or coffee in Lysekil's cozy center. Shared patio and grill are available for use by all residents of the house. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Welcome to a bright and fresh attic house in central Svanesund! With 300 meters to the swimming area, 150 meters to the grocery store and 200 meters to the pizzeria. The house is well prepared with its own WiFi, refrigerator, microwave/oven and induction hob. Washing machine and towel dryer are available in the bathroom. Electric car charger and charcoal grill available. Sleeping loft with two single beds and sofa bed. Dining table with 2 seats that easily folds out to 4 seats.

The house has a wonderful outdoor room and well-sized seating areas in several places around the house.

Scenic area that is quiet and peaceful. It is located in the middle of nature with close to swimming. A gem for those who want to have it quiet and nice. It takes about 10 minutes by car to the nearest grocery store and 15 minutes to Skärhamn, which is the largest town on Tjörn. 3 bicycles are available to rent for SEK 100/bicycle per day. Famous climbing spots within walking distance. Good roads for cycling or hiking.

Cabin on Orust

Now we rent out our beloved summer cottage in Säckebäck on Orust. We have a house of approximately 60 sqm with open kitchen and two bedrooms. The balcony at the back is wonderful with afternoon and evening sun. On the front, you can enjoy the morning sun. The sea and a nice swimming area can be reached with a 10-minute walk. You can also take the car to the sea. Sheets, shower towels and cleaning are included.

Relax in this tasteful newly-built guest house with bedroom and sleeping loft, in the heart of Bohuslän. Enjoy the tranquility and views of the beautiful garden. Short walk to morning swim in the sea, several swimming opportunities. 15 minutes by car to Fiskebäckskil, 10 minutes to the car ferry to Lysekil. For safety reasons, we have a minimum age requirement of 7 years old.
