I Køkkenet er der køleskab, kogeplader, ovn, kaffemaskine og elkedel. Boligen har gulvvarme. Der er toilet i boligen og udendørs bruser med koldt og varmt vand. Der er også et indendørs bad, som ligger ved siden af minihuset. Man må gerne benytte baghaven.
