Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kutchan, Abuta District

This was one of the beautifully constructed Airbnbs we have stayed in, so it was a great pleasure to be able to have experienced living here! There’s a lot of space within the comfortable Airbnb and lots of nooks and cranny that makes it a very comfortable stay. Everything looks even prettier and better in person!

今回大人2人、子供2人の家族旅行でお借りしました。 場所もわかりやすく、入室もスムーズでした。 何よりお風呂の温泉が最高で子ども達も大満足でした！また北海道旅行の際は利用したいと思います。

Second House Otaru is a helpful and responsive host. The house is spacious and has the necessary amenities. It's also located near places of interest. Otaru is an interesting city, and we had an enjoyable time here. Thank you Second House for hosting us at Otaru! 😊

空間很足，三個廁所太方便了！就是床單被子讓人感覺有塵的樣子不夠潔淨，可能換個款式感覺會好一點。

The home is a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Pierre was a great host. He is communicative, fast response, and very helpful. We hope can stay at the Teine Red House again someday in the future!

Love the onsen, enjoyed it tremendously despite staying over for just 2 nights. Very helpful to assist with calling a sushi place in Hakodate for us since we do not speak Japanese. Very grateful for the help. 🙏 We hope to visit Shiraoi again.

Very beautifully put together space. You can really feel the property owners, lovely soul in all of the tiny details she puts throughout the home. She was very warm, welcoming, and kind. I will come back if I’m in Hokkaido again.

地理位置非常优越，楼下有两个便利店，大概可以15分钟步行到最繁华的市中心，闹中取静，非常满意。

여독을 푸느라 후기 작성이 늦어졌습니다. 우선 Miho & Ken님의 변함없는 친절에 다시한번 감사 드립니다. 숙소도 굉장히 만족스럽지만, Miho & Ken님의 친절함이 이번 여행을 더욱 풍족하게 만들었습니다. 위치도 스스키노 downtown까지 걸어서 10분정도로 굉장히 가깝고 수소는 bedtown으로 조용해서 편안하게 지내기에 좋습니다. Miho & Ken님의 고민이 엿보이는 인테리어와 편안한 공간, 깔끔한 실내 컨디션과, 청결한 용품등 어느것하나 부족함 없이 최상의 조건이었습니다. 주방의 식기들과 정리정돈은 정말 놀라울정도로 정갈하게 정리되어 있었고, 세탁세제, 욕실 용품, 넷플릭스, 유투브등 부가적인 서비스도 이용 가능해서 호텔대신 이곳에 머물길 정말 잘했다는 생각이 들었습니다. 예상보다 일찍 도착하여 Miho & Ken님의 배려로 좀더 빠르게 입실할 수 있었으며, 일찍 체크아웃을 하긴 했지만 마지막날 까지도 좀더 머무를수 있도록 배려를 해주셨고, 수시도 불편함이 없는지 체크해 주셨습니다. 다음에 다시 삿포르에 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 오고 싶네요. 다시한번 Miho & Ken님의 친절함에 감사 드립니다. 머무는 동안 정말 값지고 최고의 경험이었습니다.

Yumi’s place is clean and comfortable. Our family of 4 had a good night rest after flying for hours, then a half day road trip to Otaru. We are so glad we chose this place. The place is private and also close to the main Otaru attractions.

廁所衛生紙剛好在居住期間用完了，和屋主反應後當天晚上馬上就拿來給我們了，非常感謝🙏

This place is beautifully decorated. It is rather small but typical for Japan. The apartment is on the first floor so not much of a view, but has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. The parking is rather far from the apartment so that’s something to take note of. Also, while the apartment is no doubt near the popular shopping street, it is located on a hill. Therefore, it is a steep walk down to the shopping street and up again. Probably not suitable for people with mobility issues.

Responsive host. Only a 3 minute walk to the metro. A Lawson's across the street. Washing machine with a rack to wash and dry your clothes. Big enough apartment to relax after a long day of sight seeing. A view that's absolutely stunning. A little more pricey than some hotels in the area, but with a view like that and apartment style it was worth every penny.

小樽観光と近隣でのスノボのために2日間滞在しました。 セールでかなり格安な料金で泊まれましたが、部屋が広くおしゃれな雰囲気でコスパ最高文句なしの宿でした。 丘の上にあるので、大荷物で泊まる方はタクシーか車があった方が良いです。
