Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kutaisi

Very nice property and very helpful host.

Everything went very well in this location for the 2 weeks we were here except that the water has a problem and is either hot or cold, no in-between. We didn't mention it but because the owner is very communicative and helpful, I'm sure he would fix this solution or actually have a trick to it if asked. Otherwise, great space, very cute. Would possibly stay again for next time staying in Kutaisi.

Great accomodation for a family with plenty of space and a beautiful garden. The house has a great atmosphere with a bear fur on the wall, wooden floor, goats in the neighbours garden. Bathroom with a washing machine is spaceful and clean. There is no problem with parking in front of the house. The host is very friendly and helpful.

One of the best Airbnb’s ever! Its really on another level, I can say it was the best place I ever rented ! The rooms, the outside area, the living room, the fireplace, the terrace and the swimming pool were all on another level, extremely clean, well equipped. Gaga requested that the cleaner for the swimming pool has to come in the moring to clean the swimming pool and the filter, eventhough the swimming pool was clear as glass. This place is suitable to be rented for long periods with no issues. The kitchen is also very well equipped and maintained. The outside bbq grill is also very nice and has good ventilation. One small thing is that I didn’t find the washing machine, I don’t know if there was one. I didn’t ask Gaga for it beacuse I didn’t stay for a long time. But if its missing, its really worth it to have one in this great place.

David and his family were such a lovely family, accommodating and approachable to the point privacy wont be compromised as I’m a solo traveler who works at the same time in my travel. The place was ideal for a walk to the center roughly 10mins. It was a quiet neighborhood and for the record, David's place is so relaxing and comfortable, you can even pick some fresh oranges in the backyard. Manana - mother of David, since David is working but always online to reply to you anytime you need something, on the other hand, Manana is an amazing woman who will help you with coffee, water, some homemade Georgian meals she always shared, and here own made wine too that I usually ask for! Highly recommended! A worth it value! so to speak. 😊

We are very excited about this welcoming family. We were allowed to check in early, because our plane arrived at 4 am. The host clarified whether everything suits us, if there were any wishes. They communicated with us sincerely, treated us with apples, wine. The room is clean and cozy. There is air conditioning, mirrors, nightstands. The room has a separate bathroom, towels, soap. There is a shared living room with fridge, kettle, tea. The place is quiet, beautiful. Close to Bagrati Temple. This is such a cozy place we were looking for. If you're looking for one, this is the place for sure. Thank you to the hosts!!! We take your hospitality to Belarus with love and kindness;)

The house is clean and got beautiful garden. It also has mountain view. Tstone is a friendly informative guy and respectful he made the staying more comfortable. Highly recommended. To be mentioned the last part of the way to the house is off-road and recommend to have SUV car.

We had a great staycation and leisure experience thanks to Muradi's personal care and advises. The app shows prices for the 1 of 7 brand new and well furnished room available, not for the entire house. My family had a great memories here, I enjoyed chatting with Muradi in person, and was amazed how strong his effort to improve the guest's experience for each and every visitor. Muradi offers great Georgian food experience, he cooks mouthwatering dishes and made his very own, delicious white, red, black wine. His house fitted with beautiful furniture, AC, have few well equipped cooking spots and dinner tables. Have a stylish backyard. And in case you prefer a true Georgian party, feel free to sound! You'll meet local musitians and dancers! Location is perfect - the forest and a village views, small river with canyon, waterfall and swimming option just 10 minutes drive away. The guesthouse itself located 7 minutes away from the city. Petrol station and market is on the way too. Highly recommended this place to visit!

Great place to stay! We had a great and fun time staying here. Located near famous gelati monastery. Piano is tuned!! Ika is very friendly and helpful host!

I stayed one week at Darejan’s house (which is written in google as a hotel). I arrived being sick and it was perfect to be picked up with the minivan with my bike and dog which cost 130 Lari and we also stopped at a market so I could buy everything for a weeks stay. At Darejan’s my dog was welcomed and ok to stay with me in my room. I was very happy to be left alone and being able to cure my cold. It was no problem to use the kitchen. Also sometimes the wlan or electricity was not working due to thunder and heavy rain, but that is village life so it was totally fine as it only took less then a day until the electricity or wifi came back. Using the washing machine cost 10 Lari which was fine for me. It was also no problem to extend the stay as my partner and his friend came later from their bicycle trip then expected and the friend could set his tent in the yard. So for me the stay was perfect for getting my energy back while being in such a beautiful nature.

The house is very quiet, about 25 minutes walk from the center. A small supermarket is right around the corner and a great restaurant (Sanapiro) is only a few minutes walk away. You should know that you don't have the house completely to yourself, it has so many rooms that other people stay there too. Furthermore, the host lives downstairs by the kitchen and living room. But you have to say: The host is very nice, sweet and helpful. We felt very comfortable with her.
