Good afternoon! I am grateful for the valuable quality - TRUST! Zurab and Feride are nice, responsive, attentive people who improved our trip to Georgia. This was most likely our bonus for the last days of vacation, and studying the history of Georgia. We arrived as tourists, and left as relatives!!!! Thank you for the pleasant emotions, sensations, empathy, attention!!!

Everything went very well in this location for the 2 weeks we were here except that the water has a problem and is either hot or cold, no in-between. We didn't mention it but because the owner is very communicative and helpful, I'm sure he would fix this solution or actually have a trick to it if asked. Otherwise, great space, very cute. Would possibly stay again for next time staying in Kutaisi.

The owner's house is located in a quiet beautiful area, the apartment has views of the mountains and vineyards. We were made very welcome and fed with a delicious dinner and breakfast. We would love to come back here again.

We only stayed for one night but we really loved the place, private house with shared kitchen, ac and hot water, good living area and cool outside seating, Koba is communicative and helpful, recommended property

The dwelling was as described and exceeded my expectations as the space is wide and the size of the rooms is very large and the home decoration is very beautiful for the old character, but the owner of the house is very interested in it. You will not think that he is old, but old-fashioned. The host is very friendly, fun and tender. When we arrived, he gave us a lot of fruit and it was a very nice reception as he was receiving one of his family members. They loved the place even though our stay was 3 nights but dug in the garbage and days you won't forget with Mamoka Thank you, Mamoka, to make our days happier. I am very excited to get to know you. We'll come back for sure and this place will be our first choice.

Great accomodation for a family with plenty of space and a beautiful garden. The house has a great atmosphere with a bear fur on the wall, wooden floor, goats in the neighbours garden. Bathroom with a washing machine is spaceful and clean. There is no problem with parking in front of the house. The host is very friendly and helpful.

A small and charming conceptual hotel, invested and uniquely designed. Lots of seating areas in the large, green and pleasant yard. We came as a family and the place was excellent for us. Nika is a kind and sympathetic host who is willing to help with any need to make your stay pleasant

We are very excited about this welcoming family. We were allowed to check in early, because our plane arrived at 4 am. The host clarified whether everything suits us, if there were any wishes. They communicated with us sincerely, treated us with apples, wine. The room is clean and cozy. There is air conditioning, mirrors, nightstands. The room has a separate bathroom, towels, soap. There is a shared living room with fridge, kettle, tea. The place is quiet, beautiful. Close to Bagrati Temple. This is such a cozy place we were looking for. The house is very quiet, about 25 minutes walk from the center. A small supermarket is right around the corner and a great restaurant (Sanapiro) is only a few minutes walk away. You should know that you don't have the house completely to yourself, it has so many rooms that other people stay there too. Furthermore, the host lives downstairs by the kitchen and living room. But you have to say: The host is very nice, sweet and helpful. We felt very comfortable with her.
