A new and equipped house with a well-connected house and convenient access to the house.

Very nice, clean, small apartment. You have everything you need and have your peace, as you are alone in the house. And the location is great, it takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the city center.

Very attentitive host, helped us to check in at night. The flat is very spacious with bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, big balcony and even an office room. Great value for money! There could be some issues with finding a location on map and taxi apps (misrecognizing by gps), but the host explained how to find proper location. And you have to be aware that it takes around 15 minutes on foot to get to the center of city with cafes and restaurants, but: 1) that is the only way to stay fit eating out georgian delicious food)) 2) you can easy a taxi due to it costs around 1 euro to get to the cafe All in all, staying there was great time. Very nice accommodation in a restful place. Plenty of amenities and extra fruit and drinks! Host was very nice and communication went very smoothly. He also came to pick us up in the city center :)

The place was very good and peaceful. Zurab's parents were the host and was living in neighbor and always available for any support. No disturbance or interruption in anything. They were very friendly and treated us like family. Despite of the language barrier, we enjoyed their company. They provided extra blanket and sheets for my infant without even asking it. i would strongly recommend this place for stay. The place was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Will always remember our stay with them.

nice location and very value for money

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover! The outside seems a bit outdated, but inside it’s all very new, nice and clean. The location is just perfect!

The flat was nice and cozy, we enjoyed the huge shower and the terrace where to sit at night and sip a glass of wine. We felt completely at home, the apartment had everything we needed for a week stay in Borjomi: it was a good shelter for a rainy day as well as a comfortable resting place after hiking in the nearby's nature. Vato, his sister and his friends provided the best neighborhood we could have, nice and attentive people. The communication was perfect, almost moving when we said goodbye to each other. We even decided to stay more than planned while we where there and there were no problem to adjust terms and duration. Should we come back to Borjomi, we would definitely choose Vato again.

Amazingly responsive host: lightning-fast feedback. Very easy to check in and check out at any time. The host sent detailed instructions (including videos) on how to find it, so it was easy to find at night. The house is new, the elevator didn't work, but the apartment itself was cozy and warm. Nice design, had everything you needed, including a hairdryer. Appliances: microwave, fridge in good condition, serving dishes are also available. The only disadvantage is the lack of fresh air, you could open the doors to the balcony in both rooms , but since we were with a child we were afraid to sleep like that. Bedding and towels are clean and overall the apartment was very clean. The host was in touch all the time ; very hospitable, you can feel that we were expected. Thank you for the feeling of "home" while traveling 🙏

We had a lovely stay at Ani's place. Apartment was really clean and it had everything you need for your stay. Place had many little shops around and was 10min walk from the city centre. The host was really welcoming and gave us tips where to eat and what to see. I can definitely recommend Ani's place! :)

The apartment is located in a quiet area in the city center. It is very clean, warm, fully equipped and comfortable. There are good parking options in the apartment. Near the house you can buy everything you need (small market, fruits and vegetables). The host is a very friendly and mindful. I highly recommend this place for everyone.

Not the first time we stayed in this apartment, as always everything is fine. The location is great, all the attractions and shops are close. Quiet. Clean. Cute patio. And a jug of wine from the hostess as a welcome. We will come again. Highly recommended.
