Stayed there twice already. Good deal, great host. Will be visiting again

Sehr schöne, saubere, kleine Wohnung. Man hat alles was man braucht und hat seine Ruhe, da man alleine im Haus ist. Und die Lage ist top, man braucht zur Fuß 5-10 Minuten zum Stadtzentrum.

Very attentitive host, helped us to check in at night. The flat is very spacious with bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, big balcony and even an office room. Great value for money! There could be some issues with finding a location on map and taxi apps (misrecognizing by gps), but the host explained how to find proper location. And you have to be aware that it takes around 15 minutes on foot to get to the center of city with cafes and restaurants, but: 1) that is the only way to stay fit eating out georgian delicious food)) 2) you can easy a taxi due to it costs around 1 euro to get to the cafe All in all, staying there was great time. We loved our stay at Gari's place! The apartment is beautiful and Gari was super helpful, generous, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend it!

Zeer leuke accommodatie op rustgevende plek. Voldoende voorzieningen en extra fruit en drinken erbij gekregen! Host was erg aardig en communicatie verliep zeer vlotjes. Hij is ons ook komen ophalen in het stadscentrum :)

The place was very good and peaceful. Zurab's parents were the host and was living in neighbor and always available for any support. No disturbance or interruption in anything. They were very friendly and treated us like family. Despite of the language barrier, we enjoyed their company. They provided extra blanket and sheets for my infant without even asking it. i would strongly recommend this place for stay. The place was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Will always remember our stay with them.

The flat was nice and cozy, we enjoyed the huge shower and the terrace where to sit at night and sip a glass of wine. We felt completely at home, the apartment had everything we needed for a week stay in Borjomi: it was a good shelter for a rainy day as well as a comfortable resting place after hiking in the nearby's nature. Vato, his sister and his friends provided the best neighborhood we could have, nice and attentive people. The communication was perfect, almost moving when we said goodbye to each other. We even decided to stay more than planned while we where there and there were no problem to adjust terms and duration. Should we come back to Borjomi, we would definitely choose Vato again.

Потрясающе отзывчивый хозяин : молниеносная обратная связь. Очень легко заехать и выехать в любое время. Хозяин прислал подробные инструкции (включая видео) как найти, поэтому несложно было найти ночью. Дом новый, лифт не работал, но в самой квартире было уютно и тепло. Хороший дизайн, все необходимое было, включая фен. Техника : микроволновка, холодильник в хорошем состоянии, сервировочная посуда тоже в наличии. Единственный минус : нехватка свежего воздуха, можно было открыть двери на балкон в обеих комнатах , но т. к. мы были с ребёнком побоялись так спать. Постельное и полотенца чистые и в целом в квартире было очень чисто. Хозяин все время был на связи ; очень гостеприимный, чувствуется что нас ждали. Спасибо за ощущение "дома" в путешествии 🙏

all good, but the walls are too thin so it was really noisy at night and hard to fall asleep

We had a lovely stay at Ani's place. Apartment was really clean and it had everything you need for your stay. Place had many little shops around and was 10min walk from the city centre. The host was really welcoming and gave us tips where to eat and what to see. I can definitely recommend Ani's place! :)

The apartment is located in a quiet area in the city center. It is very clean, warm, fully equipped and comfortable. There are good parking options in the apartment. Near the house you can buy everything you need (small market, fruits and vegetables). The host is a very friendly and mindful. I highly recommend this place for everyone.

Не в первый раз останавливались в этой квартире, как всегда все хорошо. Расположение отличное, до всех достопримечательностей и магазинов близко. Тихо. Чисто. Милый дворик. И кувшин вина от хозяйки в качестве приветствия. Приедем еще. Очень рекомендую.
