nice location and very value for money

Shota is very nice man. He met us next to the entrance to the house, was responsive and supportive. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. Location is good, everything is in walkable distance. Highly recommended ;)

Got the place for one night after a long flight, the place is quiet despite being located in the center. The bed sheets had some sort of smell that was noticeable, and the apartment has some stains from usage, but that’s fair for the price. Overall good place to rest, it also has the best Khinkali Restaurant really close, which made it easier to get home walking after a good meal.

We spent a few nights there with our 2 kids, and the apartment was great, just what we needed! we had enough space for us 4, big closets, a small yard... The only negative point is that it's not possible to cook properly anything with the cooking plate, even if there are 2, it does warm the food enough and fast enough, and the kitchen equipment is not enough... but we did not come here to cook and there are plenty of good restaurants, shops and markets around the apartment, as the localisation is really in the center! we will come back 😊

Everything went great! Great location! Nice house. Host is very helpful. It was easy to communicate with him. I was wondering if I needed anything. The main thing is not to confuse the address of the house like me ,because there are similar addresses nearby. But the host is available if you can call him and he will quickly explain everything.

The place was very good and peaceful. Zurab's parents were the host and was living in neighbor and always available for any support. No disturbance or interruption in anything. They were very friendly and treated us like family. Despite of the language barrier, we enjoyed their company. They provided extra blanket and sheets for my infant without even asking it. i would strongly recommend this place for stay. The place was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Will always remember our stay with them.

We had a lovely stay at Ani's place. Apartment was really clean and it had everything you need for your stay. Place had many little shops around and was 10min walk from the city centre. The host was really welcoming and gave us tips where to eat and what to see. I can definitely recommend Ani's place! :)

The apartment is located in a quiet area in the city center. It is very clean, warm, fully equipped and comfortable. There are good parking options in the apartment. Near the house you can buy everything you need (small market, fruits and vegetables). The host is a very friendly and mindful. I highly recommend this place for everyone.
