Vacation rentals with beach access in Kustići

The stay was perfectly fine. The gentleman welcomed us with a smile and his lady. They offered the option to check in as well. They advised, there was more than a friendly atmosphere throughout the stay

Amazing location and view of the water. The water is literally a staircase from the unit, excellent for swimming and water activities. Studio is simple but clean and well equipped. The wifi was a bit weak and slow, but everything else was perfect! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!

We had a great time at Matej. We received a warm welcome and the flat was perfect. It was very spacious, calm and very clean. We appreciated the extras in the fridge, drinks and fruits so we could feel home straight away. The area is beautiful and it was very convenient to have a parking space. We recommend staying at Matej’s apartment.

I stayed with my family in April 2025 at this lovely apartment in a beautiful, calm location. The host Milena is friendly and very understanding. Though we arrived late in the night due to traffic jams, she waited patiently for us and made us feel good at home as soon as we arrived. I found the apartment to be centrally located in the sense that I could drive to Zadar, Split, Krka and Plitvice parks in 45 to 90 minutes of time. Also, Milena provided a nice, spacious parking space inside the premises for my car. The apartment is beautiful and had everything that we needed exactly as mentioned. We all enjoyed and felt so comfortable that the children wanted to stay longer. We plan to do that in the future. We enjoyed the children-friendly, beautiful beach at a few 100 meters from the apartment. Milena speaks English well, gave clear instructions, always responded quickly and made exclusive recommendations only the localites would know (posted on her refrigerator too). I highly recommend.

The apartment is absolutely stunning. Large balcony with 180 degrees sea view and also roof terrace with sun loungers. Good swimming opportunities from the pier below the house. Highly recommend!

My daughter had a great few days at Durdica’s apartment she felt safe, even arriving late from the airport and enjoyed the proximity to the sea for a morning dip. The apartment is a prefect size to be independent and cook meals at home but close to shops and restaurants. It was great for a few days meeting up with friends.

We felt very comfortable here. The house is located almost directly on the water and you can admire great sunsets or take a ride with the SUP. The apartment was as described and the bed very comfortable. We'd love to come back :)

Blissful location on a quiet island (with bridge, so easily accessible), we have had a lot of sunny rest here and have a lot of snorkeling in a bay a few kms away (a swimming and sup vacation at the end of October). The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities and is also 30 meters steps from the sea. Dragica is attentive and friendly.

All as described, we liked the place very much. The pool is sufficiently large and the neighborhood very quiet.

It all worked out. We love the area. The view was great.

We stayed in the house as a group of ten young people, and it was just perfect for us. The location is ideal, right by the beach and very close to the parties at Zrce Beach. The price-quality ratio is very good. Domagoj is an excellent host, responding very quickly to all questions and requests. If we have to point out any drawbacks, the house (mostly the apartment downstairs) is starting to need a bit of refreshing. We definitely recommend Domagoj’s accommodation and suspect that we will return to his place.

We had a great stay at this apartment on Vir. The apartment was simple, but very clean and cozy. The advantage was a great location – close to the beach, restaurants and shops which gave us convenient access to everything we needed. Goran was very friendly and helpful, always ready to help with any question or request. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxed, perfect to relax and recharge. We'd love to come back again! The place is just magical! Everything perfectly clean, Marina and Famielie are all super nice and warm! We got many tips for the area without asking. The beds are extremely comfortable and the highlight is definitely the sunset on the balcony, as well as the fantastic garden with fresh khaki, pomegranates and much more. We will be back for sure❤️❤️❤️

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

I highly recomand this place. The view from the tarrace is stunning! The kitchen is very well organized, it was a pure pleasure to prepare diner and breakfast here, there is every equipment you need and even more. The beds are comfortable, the whole apartament is very clean. The Island has a lot to offer and a lot of beautiful small beaches are nearby. You don't need to have a car to reach the apartament from a ferry. Altough I recomand to rent bikes and visit far locations. We'll defenitely come back soon :)

Lovely apartment and fantastic host. Andre was super responsive and had a bit of an issue outside of the flat and he was really helpful in getting it sorted out for us. Truly went above and beyond! Only thing to mention is that the joint balcony is up a ladder which was fine for us but worth noting as people could struggle with jt

We had a great time at Michelle's place. We were greeted by Andreas who was very welcoming, caring and always had great tips. The apartment is as described and the location is idyllic for a peaceful vacation away from crowded places. I would definitely recommend this apartment, go there without a second thought...

this place was wonderful. Just 50m from the beach, a grocery store right next door, lovely terrace, and walking distance to the old town of Rav. Katrine was a gracious host who gave us local tips and was very friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would come back in a heartbeat :)

A very nice apartment, with a lot of love for detail. We as a family felt comfortable for the 5 days. The garden is also very nice and the beach is just down the stairs.

a very nice bright apartment with a clean decor. Very well-equipped, impeccable bedding and linen. The apartment is very well located close to the beaches with a nice path to walk. small convenience store nearby and very close to the city center. Luka and Leticia are very friendly and responsive hosts. I found myself in a somewhat complicated situation and they immediately helped me with confidence. The check-in instructions are very clear and private parking on the premises.
