It was fully updated in 2021, with new central air, new kitchen and renovated bathroom. This place was exactly what we needed for our family vacation. Had plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out. Was in a quite neighborhood. House is very well secured and inside is just like the pictures. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It was pretty central for everything we planned to do. Thanks again for a great place to stay.

Large private backyard shaded by multiple live oak trees. The dog enjoyed the space, the trees, and the squirrels. Friendly, kind, and accommodating hosts. Can't beat the price for a 2 bedroom, though wife would have preferred to have a washer/dryer.

We enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s property. He was very responsive anytime we reached out. His place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoyed grilling on the back porch, loved the fenced in back yard for our little fur baby, and had more than enough space for our family. One of the best things about Shawn’s place was that it is fully stocked with essentials, which we appreciated! It was close enough to downtown without staying there. We were in the area visiting our son and DIL, who both work at the hospitals. We will definitely stay here again!
