Large, bright, newly renovated apartment of 80 sqm with sea view from all rooms. Large balcony with sofa and dining area with sea view. Only about 75 meters from the sea and Fisketången's popular swimming area. Our house is located on a quiet street and it is about 1.5 km down to Kungshamn's center where boats go to both Smögen and Hållö. There are many nice places in the surroundings within walking distance. The accommodation is on the 2nd floor. Parking and final cleaning are not included. Approximately 100 meters from the accommodation, there is parking. Sheets and towels are included

Bright and fresh apartment in part of a villa with private entrance, large patio deck and patio with outdoor furniture. Approximately 45 sqm, 1-2 rooms, toilet and shower in separate space in the laundry room. Quiet and pleasant area with limited traffic, perfectly located between the city center and Fisketången and with direct proximity to fantastic views of the West Sea and Hållö, as well as a rock pool with ladder for morning/evening swimming. Comfortable double bed (180 cm) and a sofa bed (when made up 150 cm). Free parking is available at both ends of our short street.

A private outdoor patio area is enclosed with wooden fencing, featuring a round table and four chairs. Potted plants add a touch of greenery. The exterior wall displays a combination of white and stone siding, with a large window allowing natural light into the space.

About 5 minutes walk to Kungshamn's nice exercise loop with associated outdoor gym and obstacle course for the children

Rent our brand new apartment on cozy Klevudden in Smögen. 100 meters to the cliffs and 100 meters to the jetty, our 3rd floor apartment has many beds and a large balcony with sea views. From Kleven, it takes about a 5-minute walk to Smögenbryggan. Things that are in the apartment and you are free to use are: duvets, pillows, blankets, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, dishwasher, Weber grill, TV. Parking space is under the house with elevator up to the apartment. No pets, no smoking and no "party gangs." Age limit 30 years.

Walking distance to cliff baths, sandy beach, swimming boats, restaurants and shops. The apartment is light and fresh and here you will find all kinds of facilities you may need for a comfortable stay. Sofa bed (140cm) and bed (140cm) make room for four. Welcome to the amazing west coast and to our cozy home!
