With the sea in the eye-catcher is the guesthouse built in 2021 on a part of our property. There are sleeping places for four people, two in the double bedroom and two on the loft in single beds. The guesthouse includes a wind-protected patio. Here, all seasons have their charm. May-September there is a swimming ladder from cliffs 200 m away. It is just over a km to the municipal swimming area with jetties. There are good opportunities for walks/hikes and excursions at Tjörn. Härön protects against the winds from the open sea to the west.

The apartment has a smaller bedroom with a single bed. A room with kitchenette, dining area & a 160 bed for 2 people. Bed linens & towels are included. One bathroom with toilet & shower. Access to the deck with chairs & table. 150 meters to kårevik swimming area with sandy beach. 500 meters to grocery store. 1 km to Restaurants & ferry location to Åstol & Dyrön

Walking distance to beautiful Klädesholmen as well as the ferry that takes you to the coastal gems Dyrön & Åstol. Restaurants, shops, sights, hiking trails and salty swimming are close by. Bed sheets & towels are included, cleaning is done by the guest at checkout. Charging of electric car against fee. Enjoy the west coast's best sunsets!

On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).
