Monthly Rentals in Kumhausen

I booked Markus' apartment for work for an employee. My colleague gave me very good feedback. The check-in went smoothly and he immediately felt comfortable. The apartment is modern and very comfortably furnished. The inventory is very well maintained. In the kitchen you could find everything you need to feed yourself. What you can't see in the pictures: There is a pleat by the window by the bed, so you can darken the area. All in all a perfect stay. Gedeon was always easily accessible and very friendly. I am very happy to book again when we are around!

We had a great couple days over New Year's in Landshut. Fabian's place is perfectly located to quickly reach the center and still have a quiet place to return to. It's also easy and well connected to the main train station, you can even just walk, if the luggage is not too heavy. The apartment had everything you need for a few days to make yourself at home. The building block itself is quite old, but the apartment has been nicely done, so that even on sub-zero winter days it feels nicely cozy. Fabian is also a great host, very helpful with all we needed, and quickly replied to any of our requests. Overall, if you want to spend some days in Landshut, we happily recommend this place.

The place was super clean and exactly as described in the advertisement. The contact with Rolf was very friendly and uncomplicated. Our visit with our dog was super pleasant as the property was fenced and great walks are possible in the area. Very clear recommendation!!
