Each tiny house has its own private garden, swing and barbecue. The area shown in the photos is all yours and is not a shared space. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you'll need. The tiny house is 10 minutes on foot and 1 minute by car from the beach. It is 2.5 km from the center of Erdek and is located at the back of the Çuğra coast where the hotels are located.

Sufficient for all the needs of a family, it has a 180-degree sea view, a barbecue is available, it offers the best view in Tekirdağ, a wonderful vantage point for sunrise, there is a boiler, the fireplace is functional and you can light it, it is very pleasant. Note: The price is for two people; there is a charge for additional guests and pets. The building has stairs; there is no elevator. We can offer affordable solutions for special occasions, marriage proposals, and birthday celebrations, at an additional cost. Note: Male guest groups are not accepted.

Our favorite season has arrived. It's time to listen to records while sipping your drink by the fireplace. If you have a favorite record, you can bring it with you. We have a few options. If you like photography, you can take great photos from the house. With our newly added cinema system, you can watch the movies you choose from Netflix in any room you want. In your bed or by the fireplace, if you like. We have a barbecue in the garden, there is nothing like chatting by the barbecue. Our village is quiet, calm, peaceful. We are waiting for you.

Deveci Mansion

Deveci Konağı is a spacious and comfortable 3-story villa located approximately a 4-minute walk from the sea. With a capacity of 10 guests, it is particularly suitable for large families and groups of friends. Our house has 5 rooms, 4 air conditioners, and a kitchen and bathroom on each floor. Heating is provided by a boiler. There are 2 barbecues suitable for guest use on the veranda with a glass balcony, a seating area in the garden, a terrace on the 3rd floor, and a crib for families with children.

Due to its seafront location and the island's decent family environment, there are very few daily accommodation facilities around it and it has the calmest beach.
