The hut is great for hikes and excursions to reservoirs and many activities. Very quiet and right by the forest to go hiking. .In the cabin there is everything you need. Super fenced for our dogs,which gives extra points;-).

We had a great stay at Toni's vacation home! The house is modern, tastefully furnished and well equipped – nothing is missing. The location is ideal, with beautiful views of fields and forests. During the day we took walks, and in the evening we enjoyed the wonderful scenery and sunset in the garden while barbecuing and eating. It couldn't be more perfect! We will be happy to come back :)

We met in Gefrees for our annual family reunion and stayed in the Refugio and Loft. Highlights were the large garden with a homemade playground for the children, toys with billiards and table tennis and enough seating to relax. You absolutely didn't notice anything from the adjacent main road and supermarket parking lot. Everyone was thrilled with the property and the possibilities. For me personally, the best place I've stayed in so far. Perfect for family reunions, short vacations with larger groups, but I can also imagine the place as a venue for a wedding if you can book all the accommodations over the weekend. Thank you so much for the great experience! We will certainly come back if the opportunity arises

We had a great weekend at Klaus' vacation home. The cleanliness even surpasses hotels! This house has been completely renovated with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. For a longer stay, we would definitely have used the great garden and outdoor lighting. We can 100% recommend the house!

We felt very comfortable, description was good. The local tips are also excellent. But you need a car to get to the starting points of the hikes. The whole area is very nice and relaxing. Jasmin was always very quick to reach.

We were with our baby and our dog in Andreas' vacation home to simply relax as new parents. Long walks in nature are also possible with strollers, as the path is paved. The place was very cozy and modernly furnished. Andreas is a very friendly and likeable host. If anything comes up, you can reach him anytime. We had a very nice extended weekend!

We chose this house based on photos and reviews. But reality exceeded all expectations! The house impresses with the most unusually successful interior solutions and perfectly selected accessories, furniture in the appropriate key, the highest quality of household appliances. Convenience and perfection are the best acceptable words. The hospitality of the hosts, the desire to create maximum comfort and the feeling of unreal peace were highly appreciated by us! Special thanks for the highest 5-star hotel quality class of beds, mattresses, pillows! (I travel a lot and can say this! ) This is the most beautiful house in the entire district with well-groomed trees, flowers, and charming landscape design. A good location - among lakes and forests, fields, colorful nature create an atmosphere of relaxation. 5 minutes to a supermarket, restaurant. 30 minutes to Nuremberg. Highly recommended!!!!

A beautiful and renovated accommodation in the countryside in the middle of Franconia. The house was spacious and offered enough space for our young family of five, with a large, cozy garden to play, explore and be creative. A ping-pong table and a foosball table provided additional fun for all ages. Everything was tidy and clean, we didn't miss anything. The location is very nice and quiet, yet only a short drive from supermarkets, restaurants and excursion destinations. The hosts are super friendly, respond quickly and welcomed us warmly incl. Excursion tips, restaurant recommendations and a sweet surprise!

We rented the house with both apartments. You have a large garden with sauna, pool house and fireplace.

We spent a few days at the Teddy and Doll Festival in Sonneberg and stayed here because it is nice and quiet. It was the right decision.

We were there with a child and two dogs and felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The garden at the back, which is fenced, is also particularly great for dog owners. The communication with the hostess was also very friendly. We felt comfortable all around!

What did we like? A whole lot: a lovingly restored house with a great atmosphere, plenty of space and a comfortable bed in a wonderfully quiet environment - a wonderful natural garden to relax, grill and enjoy - a fantastic/partly spectacular landscape with rich flora and fauna in the direct and closer surroundings, perfect for hiking, cycling, cave visits and much more... City tours are also possible: Forchheim is great, Nuremberg and Erlangen are close and everything is easily accessible by public transport - AND: ......2 really wonderful hosts, who will make the holiday really complete for us!!! Nice landlords. Very spacious, clean house. Huge garden. Very rural; but in about 10 minutes by car, you are in Hof. Highway is relatively close at half a kilometer (advantage and disadvantage at the same time). Interesting area near the tri-border corner. Value is good.

Great place! We rented all three apartments, which was perfect for our group of 9. Heiko was very responsive, which was especially nice when we accidentally locked one of the keys in the apartment.
