I had a fantastic experience staying at The Whistling Cottage under Airbnb. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with all the essentials provided. The location was perfect, away from any traffic noise, in the midst of nature. The beds were very comfortable, and the ambiance of the place made it feel like a true home away from home. The hospitality and service extended by Raj (Cook) and Bipin (house keeper) were really admirable. The food cooked was superb and made us feel so at-home. A few standout features for me were: 1. Excellent service and good homely food 2. A well-equipped kitchen for cooking meals 3. Quiet neighborhood with a lovely view I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Ramgarh, Uttarakhand, whether for a short trip or a longer stay. This is a superb place to stay. The host is very responsive and is always there to help. The only difficulty I found is the location is at a very high slope due to which you may face difficulty to take your vehicle (if you are not familiar driving in hilly areas ). I request the host to accurately describe this in the listing though he had sent some videos which I couldn't see while driving to this place. If you are with your aged family members try to skip this place as climbing to this place will be little bit difficult to elderly persons. I would like to thank the host for his great hospitality and help whenever is required.
