This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a two-family house. The house is situated in the nature reserve in Holstein Switzerland. Several lakes are within 5 km, and the Baltic Sea is 1/2 hour by car. In the garden there is a small children's playground (sandbox with sand toys, small trampoline, swing, small slide, climbing frame). Under the apple trees there is space to place the available tables, chairs, loungers. A barbecue is available for our guests.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Upstairs, however, there is a door which is locked. The place has a separate entrance. We allow you a flexible key handover. In front of the gates of Kiel lies the Marutendorf estate in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the courtyard lake.
