The 80 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the center. Lake Schwerin is a few minutes walk away and easily accessible for a morning bath. The bright apartment with private entrance consists of e i n e m large living/bedroom area with adjoining o f f e n e r kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is a lot of space for 2-3 people and you can always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Other mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is furnished with a fridge (without an icebox) and an electric stove with oven. The car can be parked at the in-house yard. The bus usually runs hourly to the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden are welcome to use by arrangement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with you after consultation and consent of the landlords.

You come to a small organic farm with an organic shop with vegetable cultivation, chickens, geese, cattle, cats and dogs. The space is completely ecologically renovated and can also be used as a seminar room or for events. There is a total of about 90 m². Kitchen and bathroom with shower. In addition, a large room with a double bed on the platform and a small room with mattress storage. The large room is heated with a pellet stove. This historic building is a typical North German farmhouse and is located on the edge of a small village with unobstructed views of the hilly countryside. Our 2-hectare natural property is adjacent to our own meadow behind the house, with many cozy spots under trees and by the stream. We renovated the cottage with natural materials and furnished it comfortably, e.g. with a fireplace and small sauna.
