A place to feel good – like a home away from home Our time at this beautiful apartment was simply fantastic. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love for detail and style the accommodation was furnished with. Each element is thoughtfully and lovingly selected – a perfect blend of coziness and tasteful design. We felt like at home from the first moment. Everything was sparkling clean, equipped to a high standard and radiated a warm, inviting atmosphere. A big thank you also to the host, who was always helpful and easy to reach – friendly, attentive and always with an open ear for questions or wishes. This apartment is a real insider tip and we will be happy to come back!

The place was super nice. The location was really a dream. In the morning the first view went to the paddock and the animals were welcomed. The apartment was very clean and neat and equipped with loving details very cozy and homely. The cities of Schwerin and Wismar are easy to reach and in the village you get everything you need for your daily needs. The contact with Lena was super nice and straightforward. We can highly recommend the accommodation and will gladly come back.

We felt comfortable A cozy seating area might be nice, definitely useful in bad weather. The apartment is exactly as pictured and described. I had fun with the wood-burning stove. Overall, thank you very much.

We had a wonderful time on the sunny hill. The tree house was cozy and lovingly furnished and the whole atmosphere was just special. Susan welcomed us very warmly, including with homemade banana cake. That was such a nice gesture and made us feel at home straight away. She is an incredibly friendly host and you feel right at home with her. The tree house is under a large cherry tree and at night we heard the owl call. In the morning, the rooster crowed and during the day, the leaves rustled in the wind. It was quiet, peaceful and somehow magical. You felt a bit like a child again. In the middle of nature, surrounded by animals and the feeling that time is slowing down. The Sonnenhügel is a place where you can completely forget everyday life. We really enjoyed the days and will definitely come back.

We stayed with Leo & Marcel for three nights at the Gutshaus Thurow: As every year, we were welcomed personally and very kindly by Marcel ❣ Our accommodation "Cecilie" was beautiful, I fall in love every year with one of the beautiful apartments 😘 The rooms were very tastefully decorated (giant clam in the bathroom) and equipped with contemporary antiques 🌹 My husband and I were 🌿 able to enjoy a lot of peace and relaxation in the adjoining garden area (with a good glass of wine). We come here every year in May for three days and can gladly recommend this "fairy tale castle🏰" to anyone who, like us, can enjoy the beautiful ambience and the two amiable hosts Leo & Marcel ⚘

We found the amenities practical and high-quality, the parking lot on the premises very comfortable. The modern industrial style inspired us and its beautiful simplicity corresponds to the location at the Westhafen. From the balcony or sofa, you can see the marina and the Meyer shipyard, currently with a huge cruise ship. In the neighboring Café Rauschen, you will not only receive the apartment key, but also delicious coffee specialties and homemade cakes. Hendrik is a great, helpful host. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

This was 4 relaxing days in a cozily furnished apartment in quiet surroundings. Sven is friendly and accommodating, a really nice conversationalist. The three ovens and the clay plaster create a special atmosphere. We felt right at home. The apartment was clean and bright. The many lakes in the area invite you to swim and pubs. Schwerin and Wismar are worth a trip.

I had a wonderful stay at this excellent gem. The place had everything I needed. The small apartment is great for a quiet time to read and relax. The location is fantastic for cycling, walks and excursions to Schwerin and the surrounding area. The lake and a swimming area are very close and within walking distance. The view from the window of the apartment into the garden and across the fields is especially beautiful. In the evening, I enjoyed sitting in the garden a little longer. Hanning and his wife are very open and friendly people. I felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back! Thanks a lot!
