Booked this stay for LIMA 25 events. Have a pleasant stay at this property. Clean, spacious & comfortable. Very nice & responsive of every of my queries.

Beautiful house and pool not overlooked, charming little cocoon for couples. We were hosted very well with a cozy crib for our baby as requested during the booking, thank you very much for the small touches.

After coming to this house, we found that it was much better than what was shown in the photos. The room was clean, tidy and beautiful. The host was very friendly and actively responded to our questions. He provided us with a lot of help, including informing us of the local weather and providing us with food when it was raining.We toured the mangroves at sea with the Host, and the price was affordable. Anyway, we were very satisfied with this stay.

Had a great stay! The place was very clean, well-maintained with flexible self check-in. It's well equipped with everyday appliances i.e. washing machine, water filter, kitchen utensils which made the stay a breeze. Air-cond was equipped in every rooms. We really enjoyed the pool table and arcade game — such a fun touch. The host was also super nice and responsive throughout. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay here.. The place is suitable for a big family.. They have ample of space outside the house also.. Very suitable for kids to play. Chau is responsive and helpful as well. Theh have enough space to sleep for 18 adults.. We had a great stay here.

The place is conveniently located, and you won't have a problem finding it. The place is as described. We were a group of 3adults and 2children and the place was comfortable for us, within walking distance of duty free shops and restaurants

Great accommodation! This home was in the heart of Kuah area accessible to many food places, duty free shops and easy to take a grab to outside of Kuah.

The apartment was exactly how it looks in the the photographs. Karen was quick to respond. Her husband Lee was super friendly and very helpful. We hired his car and he and Karen came to the airport to pick us up and handed the car to us at the airport itself. Lee was very helpful in getting us a great deal on the island hoping boat tour. And he made us feel at home. He came to see us off at the airport and take back the car. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place. The apartment was well kept, and the complex has a swimming pool and some good restaurants and shops within just 1-2 mins walk.

It is clean and well equipped.Don't worry about mosquitoes even around the forest.You can hear the birds chirping in the mornings and the squirrels jumping in the trees.A bit difficult if driving too soon or too late, but not much of a problem.A bunch of small fish harvested by sea, the restaurant is not processed, bring it back and use the oven BBQ by yourself, a very relaxing dinner.What needs to be reminded is that tooth brush and tooth paste is not provided, and you need to bring your own.

Wish I could have stayed longer, everything was perfect! Easy check-in process, and I had the best sleep ever, the apartment is so quiet, and the pillows were so comfortable! Despite 30+ degrees temperature and high humidity the apartment was nice and cool due to the A/C units which I must say were almost silent. Overall the apartment was very well equipped and everything was clean, I especially enjoyed having breakfast on the outdoor balcony (which was very tastefully decorated) while looking out to sea. Wish I could have explored more of the island, would have loved to go on one of the mangrove tours or seen the sky bridge (if you've not heard of this look it up!). Anyway, having not seen these things this time at least I've got an excuse to come back again, and I will definitely book this apartment again when I do so!

We had an amazing stay! The Airbnb is located in The Riyaz hotel which meant we had access to all the hotel amenities. The rooftop pool was beautiful and we were able to catch stunning sunsets every night. We were provided with Airport pick up/drop off service which was extremely convenient. Highly recommend this place and special mention to Orkid Ria (seafood restaurant) right by our stay, we had the yummiest food!

We enjoyed our stay. Clean home, nice host. We able to see sunrise from balcony and sunset from kitchen windows. water filter is a plus, convenient esp for long stay. washing machine, soap provided is really helpful as well. just the mouse for tv box bit inconvenient since I've toddler. But overall we love it. 👍

Brought my family for the short vacay in Langkawi. the host is super friendly and always asking for updates if there is any issue. the house is very clean and felt homey. my family really loves the place and keeps praising it even after we have left the property. everything was well put and thought. nak masak, nak buat apa apa pun senang. semua dah tersedia. memang felt like you are at your own home. parking pun dekat dengan pintu masuk. overall, we are super duper happy with our choice to stay here. looking forward to coming again and staying here.

Staying at Alex place in Langkawi was an absolute pleasure! From the moment we booked, Alex was incredibly cooperative, friendly, and responsive. An excellent base to explore langkawi by car. Unit was clean and as described, parking was convenient.

Our stay at Chung Flat was truly the best experience we had in Langkawi. The highlight was undoubtedly the location — the view from the apartment was absolutely outstanding and made every morning feel special. There are several Indian restaurants nearby, like Ammachi near the duty-free shop, which made it super convenient for us. The flat itself was well-kept, equipped with a washing machine, and the AC was perfectly maintained — made us feel comfortable throughout. Chung was incredibly responsive and helpful, always replying quickly to our queries. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the society was safe and peaceful. Even the watchman was cooperative, especially with parking information. Overall, the stay felt just like home — fresh, cozy, and pleasant. My parents loved it too, which made it even more special for us. We’re definitely coming back here next time! Thank you, Chung, for being a great host!
