IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR PEACE AND A WIDE HORIZON WITH A VIEW OF BOTH DENMARK AND GERMANY, YOU WILL FIND IT HERE An imperfect house with a perfect view. Cottage in Dalsgårde - 5 km. from Gråsten - a sanctuary 70 meters from Flensborg Fjord. The cottage is close to Rinkenæs down towards the water in a small fishing village with a cottage colony from the late 1950s There is a small beach with nice water and a bridge (from May 1 - September 30). The house is partially renovated - recycled materials - based on the old house from 1960.

Very nice and charming, circus wagon with wide double bed. Isolated and inlaid heat. Only 350 meters from lovely beach and forest as well as Gendarmstien. The price includes breakfast (home-baked organic buns, etc.), unlimited coffee and tea, bed linens, and towels. Parking space right next to the circus car. 300 m to public transportation with bus no. 110 from Sønderborg, Gråsten and Flensborg. For sale for DKK 295,000 or make a serious offer.

My place is right on the beach overlooking Denmark. The apartment was newly renovated in 2017. Great bus connections take you to the center of Flensburg within 10 minutes. Denmark can be reached within a few minutes on foot, by bike or by car. Shopping is in the immediate vicinity. Mini golf right outside the front door. Good restaurants nearby. Parking directly free of charge on site. Immediate beach.
