We loved the apartment. Clean, tidy, and very well equipped. Location was very central, few meters to well-stocked grocery store and baker, yet very quiet. A good starting point for activities of all kinds. The communication with Claudia was great, check in and out without any problems.

The house is in a nice little spot in the town with a lot of families around. The house itself is cozy and nice! Gabriele and her husband were wonderful hosts and very communicative! I would definitely stay again

We stayed in the apartment for the second time. It is well equipped, very clean and especially with its direct location on the dyke perfect for us. You have everything you need. Check-in via lockbox makes arrival flexible and easy. There is a lockable bike shed and quiet terrace. The communication with Janine was friendly and impeccable as last time.

Everything is great, we felt very much at home. Everything was as described, check-in easy and flexible, the location very central. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable - even for our 2-year-old daughter. Communication in advance was also great. Thank you!

We are in love with Britta and Thomas's cute apartment. The reception was very friendly, Britta was waiting for us in front of the house. There was even a garage for our car. The apartment is sugar-sweet, sparkling clean and very tastefully decorated and even prettier than in the photos. The location is central and yet very quiet, so we found the necessary rest and slept better than we have in a long time. The amenities are all that your heart desires. As a welcome, there was a very good bottle of red wine. If you have any questions, Thomas and Britta answer very, very quickly and the recommendations for excursions and restaurants were great. The apartment in Hooksiel offers unbeatable value for money, especially with the included bikes and the beach chair. The balcony is a real highlight, perfect for relaxing. Host Ingrid was very committed, handed us a clean apartment and quickly organized the key for the beach chair. A small disadvantage of the apartment is the somewhat weak heat and sound insulation. A secret tip: Be sure to pre-order fresh North Sea crabs from fish mother in the outdoor harbor!

the apartment was very nice and well taken care of. We had a problem with the radiators, but Tonnis tried to solve it as quickly as possible.

We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic house! It is really perfectly appointed – everything you need is there, and it is super clean and spacious. The house is a real retreat to relax with lots of great extras such as the boat, whirlpool and perfectly equipped kitchen. The location is just ideal and our children felt very comfortable there – they even fell asleep quickly, which speaks for the comfort. Overall an absolute dream that we would book again at any time. Highly recommended!

We had a very nice vacation in Michael's house. Everything was as described and was clean, the kitchen well equipped. The rooms are practical and tastefully decorated; we also found it very positive that there was no unnecessary decoration lying around. There was also a high chair and a baby crib as well as a bed rail for the (parent) bed, great! Outside there is a playground, which was great for the kids. We can fully recommend Michael as a host and his house.

Our stay at the place was great. We were there with 1 baby & 1 toddler - even they were thought of (toys/baby bed) The property is located in a great villa and is nicely quiet & secluded, but you can easily explore the area by car! We were very satisfied & can only recommend it!

I was in the apartment all of November. It was very bright and sunny and well appointed. With the small vacuum cleaner, the floors could also be kept dust-free for house dust allergy sufferers, much better than with the initially only available broom. I would have been very happy about a bedside table with a lamp, but the bedside lamp was immediately procured when I asked for it. Ralf takes really great care. If he is not on site, he organizes help from the immediate neighborhood.

Nice spacious apartment, top location, good communication

Great apartment, central location. A lot is within walking distance, alternatively the ZOB/train station is not far. The hosts are very friendly and have furnished the apartment with a lot of love for detail. We felt comfortable from the beginning.

We had a super great time in a very nice and clean accommodation. Everything you need is available. The location is perfect, you are quickly at the beach promenade and the city is within walking distance. Norman was great as a host. ☺️ We'll be happy to come back. 👍

Natalie is a 1a host! The apartment is super well maintained and provided with very appealing details, so you feel super comfortable. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired, everything you could need is available. The location of the apartment is great, you can easily walk to the center. A few meters from the apartment is directly the bakery. There is plenty of space in front of the front door for bicycles. Great is also the cozily equipped balcony with beach chair. And a special plus is the beach chair on the main beach, which belongs to the apartment and was used by me very often. Thank you Natalie, for the great time in your apartment. I would definitely book this place again the next time I visit Borkum.

A great stay on Juist in Christine's apartment. Expectations were fully met. The apartment is very nice bright and large and very well furnished. There was really everything you needed - for every target group, activity and time of day. Of course, this all has a price tag (including separate bed linen/towels, cleaning fee). But it's worth it (and you know that beforehand).
