Ruhig gelegen und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Deich kann man hier seinen Urlaub genießen und den Alltagsstress vergessen. Die Ferienwohnung "Südwind"liegt im Erdgeschoss des Hauses und bietet Platz für bis zu4 Personen. In dieser Wohnung sind auch Ihre Vierbeiner Herzlich Willkommen, der Garten und die zwei Terrassen bieten ausreichend Platz zum toben. Die Wohnung hat eine vollausgestattete Kücheund bietet alles was man zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen benötigt. Zum entspannen kann man sich in das Wohnzimmer mit der angrenzenden Süd-Terrasse zurückziehen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine seperate Essecke und eine gemütliche Sofaeckemit Sat-TV, DVD-Player , IPod-Docking-Station und Stereoanlage mit CD-Player und Radio . Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer in der Ferienwohnung, eines davon mit einem Doppelbett und eines mit Etagenbett. Beide Schlafzimmer sind komplett abdunkelbar. Das helle Badezimmer bietet eine Dusche, Fön und Kosmetikspiegel. Zusätzlich ist noch ein kleiner Abstellraum vorhanden mit einer Waschmaschine, welche gegen Gebühr nutzbar ist. Das Auto kann direkt am Haus geparkt werden und auch Fahrräder können sicher in der Gartenhütteabgestellt und aufgeladen werden. Das Haus bietet eine super Ausgangslage um Greetsiel zu erkunden; der Deich, Hafen, Abenteuerspielplatz und die Oase sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. In the enchanting Warfendorf Pilsum, about five minutes from the Pilsum lighthouse, is the apartment Kornboden in the Pilsumer farm. The building dates back to 1551 and is considered one of the oldest buildings in Pilsum. Directly in Pilsum there is a restaurant and café, approx. 2 minutes' walk. A small village shop is also located about 2 minutes' walk. Here you can buy rolls and other items. The harbor town of Greetsiel is just under 5 minutes away.

It is located in the quiet village of Loquard. It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.
