The holiday home "Up Besöök"was rebuilt in 2020 in the quaint town center of the Warfendorf Upleward. The house is equipped with a smart home system, which makes the vacation even more pleasant and interesting.The " Magnolie" apartment is on the ground floor ofthe house and offers very high qualityfurnishings. The living and dining area offers space to cook and eat together or relax on the comfortable sofa with a good book or a nice movie on the OLED SmartTV.When the weather is nice, you can enjoy yourself on the sunny terrace, which can be accessed directly from the living room. Furthermore, the highlight ofthe apartment is in the garden , a private Swedish sauna. So you can warm up in your private wellness oasisafter a winter walk in the cold season. Authentic detached house full of atmosphere and equipped with every comfort. Wooden floors, a modern kitchen, a private sauna in the bathroom and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with excellent beds provide atmosphere and luxury. The spacious living room with spacious Chesterfield sofa overlooks the Winsumerdiep. Onderdendam is a beautiful village 12 km from the city of Groningen and has a protected village view. Our 2-person Canadian canoe and our 3 bicycles are available for rent at a reasonable price.
