The holiday home "Up Besöök"was rebuilt in 2020 in the quaint town center of the Warfendorf Upleward. The house is equipped with a smart home system, which makes the vacation even more pleasant and interesting.The " Magnolie" apartment is on the ground floor ofthe house and offers very high qualityfurnishings. The living and dining area offers space to cook and eat together or relax on the comfortable sofa with a good book or a nice movie on the OLED SmartTV.When the weather is nice, you can enjoy yourself on the sunny terrace, which can be accessed directly from the living room. Furthermore, the highlight ofthe apartment is in the garden , a private Swedish sauna. So you can warm up in your private wellness oasisafter a winter walk in the cold season. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200)and one with two single beds (90x200). Both bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV, wardrobeand extra large duvets (155x220). Du wirst die Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung, die Balsam für jede Seele ist. Der Garten lädt zum Spielen + Verweilen ein, ist uneinsehbar, umzäunt + "ausbruchssicher" für 2/4-beinige Abenteurer. Das Haus selbst ist grundsaniert, hat neue Badezimmer, davon eins behindertengerecht und viel Platz. Die Wohnküche + Wohnzimmer bietet allen Platz zu gemütlichem Austausch. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Familien + Kindern/Babies, Gruppen, mehrere Generationen und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere).

Die Wohnung ist 75m2 groß und verfügt über ein großes Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (1,80 x 2,00 m) und einem weiteren Bett (0,80 x 2,00 m). Ein eigener (eingezäunter) Gartenanteil, angrenzend an den der benachbarten Ferienwohnung, mit großzügiger Terrasse und Sonnenliegen rundet das Angebot ab.

Auf 32 qm verfügen sie über eine voll augestattete Wohnküche mit Essbereich und TV. Ein Bad sowie ein Schlafzimmer mit Fernseher. Im Hof ensteht gerade eine Terrasse mit Grill für unsere Gäste. Für Fahrräder steht ein Schuppen zur Verfügung.

Herzlich Willkommen im Tidehuus Krummhörn. Unser Haus ist ein Einfamilienhaus und steht auf 1600 qm Grundstück. 2020 wurde es liebevoll renoviert. Letztes Makeover Wohnzimmer 10/24. Es steht im ruhigen Dorf Loquard. Zur Deichkante sind es ca. 2 km, Bäcker 1 km (Rysum), sonstige Einkäufe 11 km (Pewsum) oder 12km (Emden) Das Tidehuus ist ein guter Ausganspunkt für ausgiebige Fahrradtouren in Ostfriesland.
