Vacation rentals with beach access in Krotiri

We had a wonderful stay here at Dimitri’s and Jota‘s Apartment - stunning sunsets, super nice apartment, enough space, very clean, etc etc. The best thing tough were the hosts itself - absolutely wonderful people! They were helpful all the time, very open minded and welcoming. They made our stay at Paros unforgettable Thank you very much Jota & Dimitiris. We highly recommend staying there (as a family with two kids).

Beautiful place and super well located. It is right in the center of the village of Parikia, a 3 minute walk from taxis and the ferry which is super super convenient. 20 minute car ride from Naoussa the more night life village so it’s the best of both worlds. Beautiful scenery around we couldn’t have asked for better! Thank you we would definitely love to visit again:)

We absolutely loved our stay with Andreas, he made our experience of Paros very memorable. He was extremely friendly, responsive and proactive if we had any questions. Check-in and out was very seamless and Andreas also kindly helped storage our luggage after checkout. The location was convenient for us to navigate the island of Paros. We were walking distance to anything in Parikia and only a 10 minute walk to the bus stop — there are a lot of amazing streets, shops and bakeries close by. The apartment itself had what we needed and was clean. We would highly recommend staying with such a wonderful host.

Loved our stay! Place was clean, view were gorgeous and the bathroom was cool in that you could see out into the ocean while showering but people couldn't see in. Host was flexible and helpful! Would stay again. PS dont be alarmed going into a rental car place to check into the Airbnb. The Airbnb itself is not directly above and was quiet and peaceful for our stay.

Ich kann das Apartment von Gigi zu 100% empfehlen! Die Kommunikation war von Beginn an super, klar und angenehm. Die Einrichtung entsprach den Bildern und wurde durch liebevolle, lokale Produkte (u.a. Honig, Marmelade) ergänzt. Es gab einen täglichen Reinigungsservice und die Lage war zum Erkunden der Insel perfekt. ☺️ Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und immer wieder eine Reise wert!

The place was spotless and the refrigerator was filled with food. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed, including beach towels and beach umbrella. The location was close to things to and restaurants by the water. We enjoyed the view and the terrace above for sunsets in the evening. We had such a wonderful stay. We recommend this place HIGHLY! We would stay here again.

Sophia’s ardent love and enthusiasm for her Venetian ancestor’s wonderful house is contagious—-the mountain setting, the grove, the main house, and the outbuildings are full of interest and charm, and every space is beautifully appointed. We were warm, comfortable, and very happy to be at Kambones1615. Sophia is a cordial, engaging, and generous host, eager to share her knowledge of Naxos with her guests. We look forward to returning for as many springs as we can manage!

We’ve stayed in many homes and apartments during our travels, and Maura’s home is truly one of the best. The property is absolutely gorgeous—beautifully designed in classic Greek style to make the most of the stunning views and that magical island light. Every space is thoughtfully laid out and incredibly comfortable, from the cozy beds and well-appointed bathrooms to the inviting outdoor areas. The landscaping is lovely, and the pool was a perfect way to cool off after a warm day exploring. Maura herself is a warm and gracious host. She welcomed us personally, gave us a tour of the home, and shared excellent local recommendations. Communication was smooth and responsive both before and during our stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches—like a fridge stocked with food and drinks, which made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. If we could give this home an 11 out of 10, we would! We’re already dreaming of our return to magical Paros, and will stay here again!

Everything you need and nothing you don’t! Wonderful spot, just far away enough from the crowd, but close enough to walk! There is a special peace being tucked in this little alley amongst real life here that will stay with me for a long time to come. The outdoor space is beautifully landscaped and virtually doubles the size of the living space. Pantagonia was a dear host, going above and beyond to ensure my trip was perfect!! Thank you!!

Located in the heart of the old town, steps away from restaurants and the port, I had a great stay here. The place is small but functional and clean. The bed was comfortable and Emmanouela was an amazing host, so helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here as long as you have no mobility/balance issues as the entry stairs are a little precarious.

Wonderful place to stay in Naoussa. It’s out of the hustle and bustle but completely walkable. Close to an amazing restaurant (Piperaki Coffee-Brunch-Cocktails) and bakery (Xamilothoris). The place itself was really cool! Very unique, spacious and had beautiful outdoor seating areas. The host, concierge and housekeeper were all very helpful. Free parking on the street (no issues finding a spot right next to the place). Bonus: adorable cats in the neighbourhood.

We had the best stay at Ioannis home! We were able to drop off our bags a bit early as we explored the town. Upon check in, Ioannis gave us a tour of the home and made himself available for anything we needed throughout our stay. He had left cookies on the table for us which was such a nice hospitable touch. The home was spotless, the roof was just beautiful - the pictures don’t do it justice. The location was also amazing! Everything was extremely walkable and near all the best spots in the Naoussa area. For anyone driving like we did, it’s a very easy drive from the port of Paros and there are local free parking areas as well as valet parking nearby. If you are taking the bus it looked like it left you close as well. Per the other reviews, there is a bit of noise at night from the bars because you are in the heart of it. We didn’t mind it at all but something to keep in mind. Overall, amazing stay! We will stay here again the next time we find ourselves in Paro

I stayed for two days with my family during my 15 day trip across 6 different Airbnbs, and without a doubt, this place stayed closest to my heart. While it may be simple and basic, there’s a beautiful human touch to everything here that made me feel completely at home. The host is incredibly warm, friendly, and always available something that made a real difference in the overall experience. The on-site restaurant is a hidden gem, especially if you enjoy seafood. We tried the Thai cuisine, and it was absolutely delicious fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Magaya Beach Resort isn’t about luxury it’s about soul, sincerity, and the joy of slow travel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, authentic stay in Paros.

We had an amazing stay at the Beach Suite Kastraki! The house is charming, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bikes for exploring the beautiful surroundings. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the patio, watching breathtaking sunsets from the roof terrace, and unwinding in the jacuzzi pool after a day at the beach. The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away and great restaurants nearby. Angelika was incredibly attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth, enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely stay there again!

We stayed in one of the private villas apart of the hotel. Our villa was stunning and perfectly spacious for the 8 of us. We loved being right on the water in a quieter area right outside of Naousa, but still close enough that we could walk to explore the restaurants and shops. Everyone was so helpful and kind throughout our stay, we will definitely come to stay here again if we ever make our way back to Paros!

This apt is very central and easily walkable to the port, main streets, parking lots, supermarkets, restaurants, and even two beaches in town. The apt has a great private balcony overlooking everything and we spent some time people watching below and looking out at the ocean. Great location!! Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive.

Anthi is wonderful. My husband and I were celebrating our honeymoon and unfortunately fell very ill, Anthi made it easy to extend our time and made us feel very supported ❤️ the view is incredible and location from the harbour really easy after getting of the ferry. She was ready to meet us on arrival with a cold drink. The sunset from Anthis place is next level, the photos do not do the space justice. We could have done our whole holiday here easily!

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben sehr schön. Ich hab mich gleich wohl gefühlt. Der Abholservice war super. Schnell da und hat uns zur Unterkunft gebracht. In die Innenstadt sind es ca 3-4 min. Trotzdem ruhig zum Schlafen. Die Tipps und Vernetzungen an andere halt super funktioniert. So haben wir ein top Auto zur Miete bekommen. Check in und our sehr leicht. Koffer konnten wir auch nach dem Check out bis zur Weiterfahrt im Office lassen. Super Erfahrung und Erlebnisse in Naxos :)
