The place was beautiful! It felt like home from the start! Perfect aesthetic, cozy atmosphere, overlooking the sea! The communication with the owner and manager of the space was flawless! When we come back Paros we definitely know where to stay! I highly recommend it!

Situated in the beautiful village of Drios. Especially want to thank her for local beach recommendations. This was very well appreciated. Farangas beach was really ideal for that time of year. Wonderful place to stay. Very comfortable, modern and beautiful. Valentina was lovely, she is one of the people helping take care/manage the property. She met us upon our arrival and provided local recommendations. She also checked in a few times throughout our stay to ensure everything is ok. I would definitely stay again. One thing to note is that the property did not have any soap, paper towels or some other basic necessities. Water was also not provided, which is not required of course, but other properties we’ve stayed at usually had a bottle or 2 of water for us since we didn’t have time to go shopping before arriving to the Airbnb after our long travel day. Having some water in the fridge even 1 bottle would’ve been a nice touch.

This villa was exactly what we needed - a quiet, peaceful home with all the amenities plus a beautiful beach. We absolutely loved everything about this place and were sad to go home. Location was also close to everything we needed (although we did need a car). Owner was very responsive to any questions that came up too.

Beautiful house, beautiful outdoor space and perfectly clean a few minutes' drive from Aliki. Loved our stay! Billy is an exceptional host, very responsive and available with a very appreciable attention to detail. Really a quiet little paradise with amazing sea views.

The house is very spacious and with a nice garden outside. We enjoyed it so much that we sometimes spend an entire day only at the pool. Nemos and his dad are very friendly and gave us great recommendations - especially for restaurants. Definitely would go there again!!!

My man Giannis is an absolute player, we love this guy. Our house cleaner Kika was phenomenal and enhanced the level of luxury by 200%. Everything else was just priceless. The view, the furniture, it’s an unforgettable experience.

We had a wonderful time in a beautiful house. The hosts was very friendly and attending. Plaka beach very nearby with good restaurants and fairly priced sunbeds. The view from the house was astonishing with beautiful sunsets. We had the misfortune and forgot our passport in the house, but the host swiftly and with a smile had them sent to us with the next ferry. Super service. We love to come back

We had a party of 4 couples for 5 nights and loved our time at this villa. We all had our own bathrooms and bedrooms, and while the indoor living area wasn’t massive, it was more than made up with the great outdoor spaces. We walked to dinner each night comfortably, we used both the pool and the sea which was a quick walk away. Sunrises were spectacular over the water and Dorothea and her Mom left us with a bottle of wine and some other goodies. They also made sure we had supplies for a BBQ and have us great recommendations for local restaurants. I hope we have an opportunity to return - would highly recommend if you’re after a lovely villa in a quieter part of Paros, where you can experience genuine Greek hospitality.

Couldn’t ask for a better holiday! We made ourselves home quickly in this villa as it had everything we needed, and even daily cleaning services, which was a really nice touch. I also liked that we had unobstructed views of the stunning l sunrise and sunset every day at our doorstep. The villa is located at a quieter area of Paros, but still a walking distance to restaurants and a short drive away from the island’s pristine beaches. I’d recommend anyone seeking some peace and quiet to stay at Piso Livadi, and specifically at this lovely property. Thank you Yannis for being such a lovely host and making sure we had everything we need for a comfortable stay!

Both families had a fantastic stay! We had everything we needed and Yota was always so friendly and helpful (even delivering a bbq). Cannot wait to rebook for another holiday. The cafe next door even kept the parents satisfied with takeaway mojitos. Perfect!!

Beautiful villa, well equipped, very nice terrace (outdoor kitchen, bbq, pool, etc.) , very well located (a few meters from Plaka beach), requires a vehicle to get around restaurants, shops, city, etc. Responsive and available hosts, impeccable cleanliness, easy and flexible check-in and checkout.

Our family of five had a fantastic stay in this house! The pool was a highlight, perfect for a long day at the beach. The entire property was spotlessly clean. The host was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations that made our trip even better. We also loved exploring the island—it was a dream! We were a family of 9 and really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was comfortable , clean, had a spacious private deck and pool. We really liked that there was a beach right next to the villa .It was just a 10-15 ride to town where all the restaurants and shops were . We rented 2 cars for our stay there and drove all around the island. It was a beautiful experience. Thank you

Thanks to you, I was able to fulfill my dream of coming to Greece and for our honeymoon. Everything was just perfect, a magical place, a pleasant welcome, always available, we didn't want for anything from breakfast to meals... what can I say apart from that I recommend it 10,000%. This place is paradise. The outside is so peaceful and the view of Naxos is breathtaking. The inside is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Ιωαννα was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Her recommendations for restaurants, grocery, and shopping were the best! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! I recommend renting a car if you stay here. It’s close to everything but is not walkable. Driving on Paros was easy and getting to see the whole island is worth it!

A superb two-bedroom villa with sea views, open on four sides, and a large terrace overlooking the pool. Nikos met us at the airport and guided us to our accommodation. Nikos perfectly organized our arrival, stocking the refrigerator with food, and a large fruit basket was at our disposal. About twenty bottles of water were waiting for us, and these were replaced as we consumed them. We cannot thank him enough for his thoughtfulness and kindness.

This was one of our favorite stays so far! The house is located in a great location as it’s less than 20 min drive to all the different parts of the island. It’s very peaceful and quiet, all you hear is some roosters in the background. The house itself is so beautiful that many of the days we stayed inside for hours at times! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We can’t wait to come back!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the villa. We made some meals, spent time in the pool, played cards together and had a few laughs together. Very quiet, secluded neighborhood. Very close to a beach, grocery stores in the area, excellent restaurants in the area. Port is far, but that makes it quiet and restful. I would recommend!!

This Airbnb was beautiful. The Host was very accommodating and would respond immediately when we had questions regarding recommendations to any restaurants or any other interests. Highly recommend staying there!
