From here you can quickly get to Bergedorf (15'), Hamburg-City (30'), Lauenburg, Ratzeburg or Lüneburg (40' each). Good public transport connections via 2 bus stops within walking distance (5') and the local train (S21) in Reinbek (3 km).

It is good to know, especially in these times, that you can access the apartment via your own terrace. This part of the house is completely separated. The spacious apartment with 125 square meters has high ceilings and parquet flooring. The ambiance is modern, individual and has art and collectibles that have been collected together over the years.

The 36 m² apartment in the former machinist's house of the waterworks offers stylish flair and contemporary comfort. Location: Located directly on the Elbe beach, the surroundings invite you to take walks and bike tours. The proximity to the Falkensteiner Ufer allows direct access to the Elbe and offers a magnificent view of the passing ships.

This stylish accommodation is extremely quiet just 100 m from the nature reserve/forest. Nevertheless, you can reach 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. Various shopping facilities (Aldi, bakery, drugstore, etc.) and restaurants are in the village. The house is very spacious with its open architecture. It is available for guests' exclusive use during their stay and offers 6 sleeping places in 3 double beds as well as a foosball table, among other things.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Skippers can park their trailers on the property. 2 trekking bikes are available for rent.
