Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

The converted attic offers enough space for 2 people, but can also be used by up to 4 people for shorter stays. Please note that the apartment is located on a street and it can be more lively in the building and outside. It is therefore not suitable for guests looking for absolute silence.
