It is ideally suited for singles or couples, for a short vacation or people who need the proximity to the UKSH. A baby crib and highchair are provided. Live in the old village school opposite the Feldsteinkirche [fieldstone church]. In recent years, we have lovingly handcrafted a vacation apartment (60 m2) from the former classroom wing of the "Grot School", where the "groten" (big) students had their classroom. A light-flooded large eat-in kitchen forms the center of the stylish apartment. Centrally but rurally located, 15 minutes by car to the Kiel center, 25 minutes to the beach. Paddle on Eider & Westensee, hike in the nature park!

Our apartment is located in the garden city of Kronshagen, directly adjacent to our beautiful state capital of Kiel. The apartment is very quietly located on a one-way street. From the apartment you can directly access a fenced small property with a playhouse for the little ones. Explore the beaches around Kiel, stroll through the city center or enjoy a coffee right at the Kiel harbor. Due to the central location of the apartment, you can plan a different excursion every day.

Rear courtyard house - Self check-in

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking

The tiny house in studio design is located in the spacious garden of the main house on about 2000 m² of property with a lot of privacy. Created to slow down, dream and recharge batteries, this modern wooden house in Danish design was created in the lap of nature and a quiet environment. Perfect for cycling tourists and nature-loving adults to switch off and relax.

Both the Kiel city center is 4 km away, the university and the Kiel Canal are 2 - 2.5 km away and can be reached in a few minutes by bike or public transport. Walking paths in the rural surroundings and a large park are at the doorstep.

The living room and the bedroom each have a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove and oven. The granny apartment is on the 2nd floor. The newly renovated apartment is located in a two-family house in a quiet side street and offers 80 m² of space for relaxing days. The south-facing terrace and the sunny garden belonging to the apartment invite you to have breakfast, barbecue, play and relax. A car parking lot is located on the property. If necessary, you are welcome to smoke on the covered terrace or in the garden, but it is prohibited to smoke in the apartment!
