Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Krimovica

Zorans place was a fantastic few days for us in Kotor. The apartment is decorated amazingly well with accent and mood lighting make it extremely modern almost futuristic. The location could not have been better as it was just a few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and the old city. The bed was super comfortable although the bedroom was quite bright in the morning due to black out blinds only being on one window. The car park was easy to park and to get in and out of to do day trips such as to the cable car. Inside the apartment was very comfortable with good A/C and the sauna was an incredible addition. The main problem we had was finding the place and navigating the one way system and picking the correct entrance - so we actually had to do a few laps and contact the host when we were lost. Once we knew where it was it was very easy to get in and out again. We would 100% want to stay there again though as the location is incredible.

Petar's place is one of the best accommodations. It has a huge balcony with an amazing view in a peaceful area. The apartment is equipped carefully with anything you might have forgotten at home - shampoos, body lotions, enough towels (rarely there are so many towels in an airbnb). It had also a variety of spices for the kitchen. The living room is big and has huge windows with the amazing view. Petar welcomed us with beer, wine, rakija and honey - the essentials for a Montenegrin holiday. He drove us from the airport and was always very responsive. The place is a bit uphill (as are houses with a good view), it is a 7 minute walk and nothing complicated, but do take that into account. Nearby (12 minutes) there is a secluded beach, very nice for those who don't want the loud music and sunbeds, but also minutes away (5 minutes) there is a beach more family type. I would definitely recommend Petar's place, for the view, the cleanliness, space and hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The host was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. There was private parking, walking distance to old town, and had a beautiful view of the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

We highly recommend this spacious and beautifully located home. The view was amazing and we walked to old town on a lovely path every day. It took us about thirty enjoyable minutes. There were several restaurants so close by on the waterfront. We are ate at two of them and in old town another night. Sako was so nice and was so quick to reply to amy questions. We used the washer and dryer, right outside our door. There were adequate supplies of soap, shampoo, coffee and linens. It was a superb experience staying at Sako’s home. Thank you, Sako.

To start with the location is probably the best for exploring old town of kotor. The place is super clean and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Slobodan was extremely helpful, probably one of the most responsive hosts I have come across. He even helped us with taxi transfers to and from the airport at very reasonable rates. This place is highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay in old town of Kotor.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel ! Le logement était impeccable, très propre, bien équipé, et la vue était tout simplement incroyable. Pavlin et Nena nous a accueillis chaleureusement et a pris le temps de nous donner plein d’informations utiles et de super recommandations pour découvrir les environs. Ljubica gerçekten çok nazik ve ilgili bir ev sahibiydi. Ev tertemizdi ve dekorasyonu da çok güzeldi. Konumu bizim için oldukça idealdi; kiraladığımız arabayla gitmek istediğimiz her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Balkondan görünen deniz manzarası ise gerçekten büyüleyiciydi. Ayrıca eve ait bir iskele olması büyük bir artıydı — istediğimiz zaman denize girebilmek harikaydı. Tatilimizden çok memnun kaldık. Bir dahaki gelişimizde kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir ev.

Best location with postcard view of the square in the centre of the old town. Outside is busy until late but the soundproofing is pretty good. Great shower and kitchen.

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

We were 4 people staying for 2 nights and we had a great time. We as guests had issues with our timing and arrived a bit late for check-in but our host had full understanding and was willing to be flexible. The house was amazing and had everything we needed, the environment was beautiful and we had a nice view while using the grill for our barbecue. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anyone visiting Montenegro.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Marko. Er gibt sich wirklich die aller größte Mühe, dass es seinen Gästen gut geht. Mehr geht nicht. Bester Host! Die Lage in der Nähe vom See ist toll und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Eine Tour auf dem See ist am frühen Morgen oder gegen Abend zu empfehlen, dann ist fast nichts los. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Aleksandra was an amazing host. Even before we arrived, she provided us with lots of recommendations and helped arrange transport from the airport. Throughout the stay they were extremely proactive with any questions we had, and also with helping us schedule cabs. The views were incredible, and the villa was gorgeous in every room. A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dzemala's place, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment we arrived, I felt completely at home. The space is not only beautifully decorated but also extremely comfortable and well-equipped. It was clear that a lot of thought went into creating a welcoming environment for guests. Modern, clean and decorated with good taste. The location is also fantastic – only the over balcony view is worth millions! What really stood out, though, was Dzemala's family hospitality. They were incredibly responsive, providing clear instructions on how to check in and offering local recommendations that made my trip even more enjoyable. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. If you're looking for a cozy, well-located place with an attentive host, this is it. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you!

Nicola was a very friendly and responsive host. She helped us find parking for our car and even moved her own car so that we could park. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Havre de paix dans baie magnifique. Hôte très accueillant et disponible, explications simples et claires. Photos et équipements données sur le site exactement conformes à la réalité. Vue du balcon superbe et apaisante sur la baie, avec couché de soleil garanti (1er étage du logement). Logement très propre, bien équipé et belle surface pour 4 personnes (1 chambre lit double avec sdb+ 1 chambre 2 lits simples avec sdb). 3 à 4 places de parking disponibles devant la maison. 1 minimarket à proximité, 1 restaurant -bar (sur réservation car très prisé). Petite plage à côté du restaurant, en béton-rochers dans baie peu profonde, à 20m du logement. Prévoir une voiture car logement à 15min-30min des points d'intérêts, mais idéalement placé car en retrait des foules. Très bonne adresse.

Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort und hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Apartment war super sauber und wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war traumhaft schön & der Strand war nur wenige Schritte vom Apartment entfernt. Luka ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen!

Fantastic stay, the view is stunning. The balcony gets the sun all afternoon and you can watch the sun set behind the mountains. The apartment is really spacious and had a lovely feel to it. The area is nice, it’s on the promenade but in a quieter area which we really enjoyed. It’s a good 40-50 minute walk into Kotor old town but so worth it in the day and the evening, we did it multiple times while we were there. We went with our 20 and 18 year old and they loved it too, especially being able to swim every day right outside in beautifully clear water. Would highly recommend staying here, we loved it.

We only have amazing things to say about Carol. She very kindly came to pick us up from the airport and stopped off at the supermarket before dropping us off at the apartment. We were so grateful. She gave us some great recommendations too. The apartment is right opposite a beach club which is brilliant. really lovely sunbeds and umbrellas (30 euros for a full day) but there's was also a public beach too for us to enjoy a dip if we didn't want to stay there for the whole day. The food at the beach club was also delicious. There are two amazing restaurants about 10 minutes walk from the apartment. Klacken and a waterside oyster and mussels BBQ. Both were exceptional and incredibly fresh. Perast is a 2km walk away where there are multiple restaurants, all of them lovely. But the walk is on a main road by the apartment so be sure to get a taxi. We had such a wonderful stay. would definitely recommend to friends.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location

Puhdas asunto ja omistaja vastasi nopeasti sekä oli auttavainen. Allasalue oli todella siisti myös! Maisemat olivat todella kauniit, varsinkin auringonlaskun aikaan. Ei moitittavaa.
