Charming apartment at the entrance of the Emmental

Rural and yet not far from any civilization lies our small living and garden dream. The old stone house is located in Ersigen near Burgdorf BE, a twenty-minute drive from Bern. In the village there is a café, three restaurants and a farm store. The bus to the nearest major shopping facility leaves every 30 minutes during the day. We occupy the second floor of the house and rent two rooms with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!

Located in the stork village of Altreu, the tiny house is located directly on the banks of the Aare River on a campsite and offers cozy modern living with the best views of the water. Fully equipped, but reduced to the essentials, this tiny house is the perfect place for a break. Practically at your doorstep, the local recreation area "Witi" with its large natural areas invites you to take walks and bike rides. Right next to the campsite is the restaurant zum Grüene Aff.

Modern and individually furnished studio with industrial look, kitchenette, shower bath, spacious double bed and private entrance. The apartment is located on the first floor of a farmhouse, which we have partly developed ourselves. Like the rest of the house, we have equipped it with some self-designed design elements. The private seating area with evening sun and babbling brook invites you to switch off and the walk to the Emme leads right past the apartment.

The 2.5-room apartment was renovated in 2017. It is very centrally located: In the immediate vicinity are the old town, shopping, public transport, restaurants and numerous bars, an outdoor swimming pool and the Aare river. On request, a crib and highchair can be provided. The equipment includes a raclette grill. From August 12, 2025, the apartment will be available for long-term tenants (minimum 3 months). In our Stöckli you will live as in Gotthelf's times but with the comfort of today. The wood-burning stove provides a cozy warmth. The whole house is at your disposal during your stay. In addition to your very private outdoor seating area, you can also use the large flower garden with various seating options. The flower garden is publicly accessible, so it may well be that you also meet other connoisseurs in the garden.
