Absolutely fantastic! The villa was not only beautiful and well equipped, but also extremely clean and well maintained. The private pool was an absolute highlight and gave us many relaxing hours. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the first moment they made us feel welcome. They were always available for questions and had great tips for excursions in the surrounding area. We immediately felt at home in the villa and were able to fully enjoy our holiday. We would book this villa again anytime and would highly recommend it. Luxuriously decorated house, even more beautiful in person than in the photos and we immediately felt like we were at home! Antonia welcomed us the most sincerely, after the trip we could snack on cheese and prosciutto right away, have a glass of wine, and the kids were greeted with ice cream! We are speechless as much as Antonia and her family cared about guests, she cared about every detail to make our vacation perfect. I would particularly emphasize cleanliness-at the peak, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped! The kids enjoyed the pool, lufts, balls, football, trampoline, Playstation 5, board games, badminton - a dream vacation with lots to do. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool and the house, the wonderful walks, visited Rovinj - more than once, Bale, Motovun - everything is close to be able to make a nice excursion. We are delighted with the Grimani pizzeria, which is 5 minutes away, in the center of the place-best pizza, especially Nutella pizza! Mime's is great too. Once again a special thanks to the lovely Antonia - see you again! Perfect house for a family with kids!

We stayed with Ivana for a week in May and enjoyed the time very much! The property with pool and hot tub is the absolute highlight, but the rest of the accommodation also leaves nothing to be desired. Two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and cozy living room. Everything very clean and lovingly furnished. It was also no problem to bring our dog. The garden is escape-proof and the village dogs are very nice (even if one of them comes running towards you barking at first, he is very cuddly). Communication was quick and easy, check-in and check-out were flexible (earlier or later than in the description after consultation). Overall, great place to stay at a very good value for the money!

"Wonderful Stay with a Thoughtful Host!" We had a fantastic stay at Davor's place! He is a really nice and thoughtful owner who made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. He even provided us with some fresh fruit, vegetables, bread, and wine, which was such a lovely touch. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Whenever we needed anything, Davor was always there to help. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and caring host in a serene setting!

We had a great stay at Villa Zaneta in Pifari! The house was very clean, well equipped and just as beautiful as in the pictures. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great pool and the numerous play opportunities for the children — ideal for a family vacation. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood and offers plenty of space to relax. Our children were able to move freely and had a lot of fun. Communication with the host was also very friendly and straightforward. We really enjoyed the time here and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended for families!

My stay in this beautiful house deserves 5 stars. Communication was simple and Alenka responded extremely quickly to all our inquiries. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay in this peaceful and natural environment. The location is perfect for accessing any coastal part of Istria in 30 minutes or less. I highly recommend it!

Had a great time! We would not have gone again. The house was beautiful, rustic and cozy. There were great amenities in the kitchen and the bathrooms and bedrooms were very nice. We will be happy to come back!
