Vacation rentals with a patio in Kremmen

Sascha's flat was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The shower was fabulous. The outdoor patio was lovely, peaceful, and quiet. I highly recommend this lovely apartment. The pictures don't do it justice!

Communication with Katrin before/upon arrival was always quick and hassle-free. We were received by her personally very nicely and friendly. She also gave us many nice excursion tips in the following days. The location is super quiet with old trees all around. The apartment is very large (the photos reflect reality :-) It is in very good condition and tastefully equipped with decorative utensils and pictures, so we felt right at home. We didn't miss anything, the kitchen is very well equipped, the beds were made, towels were ready in the bathroom and even garden furniture and a grill were available. There is a lockable garden shed for the bicycles and a parking space at the house. For us, the perfect home for 11 days of cycling vacation in/around Berlin. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this apartment. Perfect, therefore 5*****

Although I arrived a little later in the evening (about 9 pm), Geraldine greeted me very warmly and gave me restaurant tips. The place is as in the pictures, very nice and cozy; I was able to spend a very relaxing weekend here. In the small kitchen, there is everything you need to prepare a meal on your own. A very small criticism at a high level: In part, the online connection of the TV "wobbled" and there were always loading times. I would stay with Geraldine again anytime.

It's a super nice little house with plenty of space on the outside. Excellent for 4 persons. Great and very clean amenities, modern and friendly. We felt right at home. Berlin and its surroundings can be reached super quickly. Karina is very friendly and open and quick to respond to messages. We will be happy to come back❤️ Thanks for everything

We really liked the apartment. It has top-notch equipment. The contact with the host was very good. There was fast, very good and helpful communication. The location of the apartment offers a good starting point for excursions. Our conclusion is: highly recommended and we will be happy to come back.

I stayed at this lovely place for a week, in that time Anica and maxim were both extremely friendly and helpful. They left us to it yet we felt right at home. It was an absolute pleasure staying at their air bnb, everything was extremely easy to use and had everything I needed for my whole stay. Very nice quiet location just outside the centre of Berlin. Meaning after a busy day on your feet exploring the city you can head back to relax and unwind in peace. Couldn’t recommend them both enough. Once again thank-you for an amazing pleasant stay. A great little place, without a lot of frills, perfect for relaxing. Location is wonderful. If you are looking for relaxation in the green and prefer shopping nearby, this is the place to be. A supermarket, bakery and co are 5 minutes' walk away. Robert was a very helpful and friendly host, whom we will gladly visit again on occasion.

We stayed in the vacation home on the lake for a good week in May 2025 and enjoyed this time of rest. The cottage is located directly on the Rahmersee and the view from the winter garden to the lake is simply fantastic at any time of the day and year. If you are looking for peace, far from any hustle and bustle, you are in wonderful hands here. Also for our dog, the cottage with the beautiful natural garden was a great pleasure. Had a great stay! The accommodation was exactly as described – clean, stylish and very well equipped. The location was perfect, everything important was easily accessible. The host was super friendly, helpful, and quick to communicate. I felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. Absolutely recommended!

A super idyllic, modern and cozy place – we felt very comfortable! Perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city for a few days and relax in a quiet atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the time in the beautiful garden, which is also ideal for children with a sandbox, climbing wall and slide. We might be back :)

The house is large and offers plenty of space for many guests. From the outside it fits into the village, from them very modern. Very comfortable beds.

We had a wonderful short break in the house in the fields! The house and garden have been designed with a lot of love and style and offer the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation in the middle of nowhere. A truly spacious building with a large, venerable dance hall, including Canvas, sound and good projector - nice garden with pond and lake view. Everything is very nice and stylishly developed. Flawless internet and SmartTV in almost all 7 bedrooms. Wow! Modern kitchens, appliances are all of the finest. Washing machine and dryer, ideal for small children. The mattresses are great and the bedding is nice and cozy. Kitchens and bathrooms on each floor. Everything is really comfortable, they really spared no expense with the amenities of the accommodation. The garden is spacious. However, you are very close to the neighbors - 14 people & campfire & red wine until 1 am is therefore rather forbidden. Also because of the obligatory mosquitoes, of course. And the access to the lake is swampy... but there are very nice swimming spots, about 10 minutes by car. Canoe and SUP were also available, it was fun!

Super nice contact with the host. Straightforward check-in, a slightly later check-out was also possible on request. The accommodation is very well equipped, everything you need for your stay and a super comfortable bed and a nice quiet terrace. We will be happy to come back for our next stay in Berlin!

I had a great stay at Gérard and Cinderella's place. The studio is facing the backyard, the bed/ pillows were very comfortable, and there were thick curtains, which all made it easy to sleep well. The studio is located right next to an U-Bahn station, which makes it super easy to access various locations in Berlin. Gérard and Cinderella were both great at communicating and answered any questions promptly. They also generously allowed me to check in early, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend their place!

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. We had a great time at this place. It was much bigger than expected and had everything we needed and more. It’s located in a very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. The hosts were very responsive. communicated well! and were accommodating of our needs. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay at when you want to visit Berlin. House is spotless and has plenty of kitchen supplies and coffee (Tassimo system and filter coffee machine) and tea. Nice modern interior and amenities. Fast WiFi and plenty of recommendations from the super friendly hosts about things to do and where to eat. Supermarkets in 3 mins walk, house is next to a play yard and plenty of food places nearby (excellent kabab place too). Private parking spot makes it easy to bring the car and visit the area nearby as well as Berlin. Area is very calm. Can recommend Annett’s home for any visit to the Berlin area!

Spacious apartment in a cute slice of Friedrichshain. Very safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood with parks nearby - the perfect place to unwind and relax away from the noise of the busy city. Plenty of walkable restaurants and coffee shops within 5 minutes. About 15-20 minutes from the city center. Lennard was a great host, he was responsive, communicated well and was flexible given we had some travel delays in arriving to pick up the keys. Would recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at Antonia's beautiful apartment. Very central but quiet and peaceful at night, great restaurants nearby. Antonia was very good at communicating and making sure we had an easy check in despite arriving late in the evening. Flat is stunning, great space and beautifully decorated with lovely balcony to sit out on in the evening and watch the world go by.
