A wonderful house with beautiful surroundings. We've loved our stay in Solingen! Anna and Max are very friendly, helpful and sweet. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. It was a really great experience. The lovely and cozy place made us feel right at home during our stay, and the house was incredibly warm, reflecting the care and thoughtfulness of the host. Oh, and we absolutely loved the garden!!

We had a very nice stay at this beautiful half-timbered house! Everything was clean, lovingly decorated and corresponded exactly to the description. The contact with the hosts was friendly and straightforward. The toilet and bathroom are on two different floors – we weren't quite aware of that before, but it didn't bother our stay. Overall, absolutely recommended!

Second stay, unchanged good, nice host clean and well equipped also very quiet in the second row of a moderately busy side street. Parking is easy by the house. Technical equipment is excellent

It is a nice apartment with beautiful views. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and the apartment has everything we need for our 3-day stay. Magnus is very helpful and always responds immediately to our questions. I can really recommend the apartment to everyone!

The place with André has been very nice. There was nothing missing. Small drinks and snacks were provided. The apartment is super clean and has a full kitchen. I'm sure I'll come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Junta’s place! The home was extremely clean and very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling. It was also very quiet, which made it easy to rest and recharge. Junta and her husband were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy place to stay.

Just great. Communication was great from booking to departure, straightforward and fast. The connection to Cologne was straightforward. Frank and his wife were very nice. Should we visit this area again, we would check in again at any time.

We had a very nice weekend at Thomas's house. It was exactly as he had described on Airbnb's site. It was a beautiful house with a beautiful garden. The house was very cozily furnished, also nice with a fireplace in it. It has a nice sauna and swimming pool. The bedrooms had wonderful beds. Everything was very neat and well taken care of. The communication with Thomas was very pleasant. You could always reach him if you had any questions. Very nice. Thank you Thomas for a pleasant stay in Schwalmtal. We spent one night after a long drive, I can tell you that finding the house super clean is a real luxury! Everything was great, easy to access, spacious, very comfortable bedding, a 10/10. I'll go back if I stay in Germany again. Thank you! There may be a small armchair missing on the ground floor to put us all together 😄 See you soon!

For our JGA we booked this place for one night. We were 13 people, room was more than enough for everyone. Rooms were all clean, there were plenty of towels for everyone. About the location: as already described in some reviews before me, the house is located in a residential area and is a semi-detached house. Therefore, it should also be noted that you cannot/should not make noise until the end of the day. We talked to the neighbors before and were still partying around 11:30 pm. Until then, no one complained about the volume and we were certainly not quiet on the road. The garden is nice and large, the hot tub well maintained. The house itself is also in good condition, the bathrooms in the rooms are "newly" renovated. Check in / check out went smoothly, the hosts are very nice. All in all we had a great time and with the house the perfect accommodation for the JGA, thank you.

Everything was nice. But the beds can be of higher quality, they are not comfortable and make noise.

Stayed here with my company colleagues for Gamescom convention and it was spectacular. The house is beautiful and modern while retaining the charm of the German countryside. Easily accessible walking paths to the town and forest made this idea for us as we didn’t have a car.
