Rustic, old and simple round house (former windmill) protected by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia. The house is a few minutes away from the center of town Cres. The beach is in front of the house, with a long promenade along the coast, including plenty of sports activities, especially for cycling. In the garden around the house there is a large cedar and local herbs that you can use in the kitchen. In the garden, guests enjoy the sunny places or the shade.

Complete privacy on our big terrace with a barbecue and sitting area for lounging, relaxing, yoga or just having a drink. Lots of greens for forest explorers, tracking, mountain biking, and jogging. Amazing view of the mountains, valley of Bribir, and Novi Vinodolski. A covered garage is attached to the house. Please note that Pets pay an additional cleaning fee of 15 euros per trip.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space and pet is allowed. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace. If you are bringing a pet, please add an extra person in the request.
