Our semi-detached house has over 80 square meters on two floors, making it the largest house type, with space for five people. Altefähr is a place for water sports, anglers, any form of active vacation - and beach.

The comfortable and fully equipped Scandinavian wooden house has a living area of approx. 75 m² and is suitable for max. 4 adults & 2 children.

It is very quiet and can be the starting point for hiking or cycling trips in the beautiful surroundings. Our house offers optimal comfort for 4 guests and is equipped to a very high standard. A lot of light comes into the house from all sides and the high ceiling in the living-dining area gives a feeling of space and generosity.

Built in 2019, the house is set at the edge of a small holiday home area and has a large terrace. The lovingly furnished bedrooms are each equipped with a large bed, TV and dresser. In the bathroom on the upper floor there is a rain shower and a bath with fantastic views. The spacious dining area in the basement with fireplace invites you to relax. Our very modern and spacious holiday apartment easily fits two to three people and with the booking of the additional bedroom even four people can be accommodated. Since the apartment is located in the center of the island, it is the perfect starting point to all attractions and hence the distance is always moderate. The apartment perfectly fits a family with one child. Families with two children or three to four adults we recommend to book the extra bedroom.

The accommodation is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-trained dog up to knee height can be brought along, please inquire before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbit). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

The Muscheltaucher vacation home (living space 80 square meters) is a thatched house with underfloor heating throughout the house, a fireplace and a sauna. Built in 2020. The house has upscale amenities and is tastefully and comfortably furnished. Heating and hot water are provided by a heat pump, which is powered by green electricity from EWS Schönau. Free Internet access (Wi-Fi), NETFLIX. Pet-free non-smoking house.

Villa am Mägdebrunnen

Villa am Mägdebrunnen is among the oldest houses in Stralsund and is located exactly in the historic old town center. The historical layout is very individual and stylish and makes the old town stay a real time travel. The internal stairwell connects all rooms and has been preserved in its original state. The storage rooms under roof now shine as a living space with gallery.
