Vacation rentals with beach access in Kramerhof

We enjoyed the days in the apartment very much. The attic, which was converted into a bedroom, was my favorite place, sun-drenched, spacious and very comfortable. There we slept in, drank tea, read, and let the day go by quietly. We were lovingly cared for and we didn't miss anything. The lake and the Peene are always worth a trip and there are plenty of good cafes and art to discover. And we enjoyed the exchange with the hosts Karin and Kurt and are grateful for it. We spent 7 days in the apartment, cooking every day. The cookware was rather simple, but nothing was missing (tea drinkers, like us, might be happy about a tea strainer in the future?) Fridge with freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher (not used by us) were great. The 1-room apartment is really spacious, the bed is very secure, in a niche, the windows can be darkened. Bed linen, towels are brought or rented from Dieter (if someone does not like that: it is made of microfiber). What we liked the most was Dieter himself. He is extremely accommodating (in our time there was a problem with the heat pump one day, Dieter took our request to turn off the noise level very seriously and fixed the problem immediately, even on Sunday. He also responds super quickly. And: The tranquility is unbeatable, we enjoyed it every hour. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

We loved the apartment in Rostock and found Chris & Antje very helpful. Well equipped & comfortable. Easy access to transport. Enjoyed an afternoon at Warnemünde for a swim. Wish we had longer to explore! Thank you both.

Sven is an excellent host! Friendly and fast communication seem to be a matter of course for him. The key handover by his very nice mother-in-law was completely uncomplicated. The apartment is great and really equipped with everything you could need. The view of the sea can be enjoyed in all rooms! We will be happy to come back.

There were two of us at Vera's. The guest house is on the property with a separate entrance door. We are allowed to put our car under the carport. Vera greeted us very kindly and gave us eggs from her own quails. We felt very comfortable right away. The apartment is completely sufficient and very well equipped. Everything you need is there. Vera also gave a tip on where to see the most beautiful sunset. In short, we were extremely satisfied and can only recommend Vera as a host.

Our stay at the Dünenhaus exceeded our expectations. Everything was lovingly decorated as in the photos, clean and the location could not have been better. We were also very pleased about the small gift. We will come back very gladly! :)

We had a wonderful time at the place! Everything was exactly as described – very clean, well-maintained and in top condition. My mother and I were warmly welcomed and received many great tips for things to do nearby. The communication with Ilona was super friendly and straightforward. We didn't miss anything – we felt completely comfortable. Ilona and her husband are simply wonderful hosts. We will be happy to come back!☀️🤗

I was in Zingst for 10 days for the environmental photo festival and felt very comfortable in the apartment during that time. The center and the exhibitions were quickly accessible by bike. I didn't need 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The apartment is close to entrance 15, right next to the sports beach. Which was perfect for my SUP excursions. Marcus was very friendly, communicated proactively and responded quickly to my inquiries. I'd love to come back here.

We truly enjoyed our week at Lars’ place and would definitely recommend it to everyone, who want a peaceful time out riding their bike through the beautiful countryside side of Denmark, exploring local shops and restaurants. You’ll definitely feel right at home at the cozy cottage ☀️ We will definitely be back!

My family and I, as nature lovers, felt very comfortable in this house, the 4 days we spent there will be repeated. There was nothing missing, very nice location, relaxing. Jan is a very nice, friendly host.

We loved every second in the tiny house! We felt right at home, the cottage is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We lacked nothing! In the evening you can sit on the small terrace. The Tiny House is super centrally located in Prerow, both on foot and by bike everything is quickly accessible. Sanne gave us many tips for Prerow and the surrounding villages, simply worth its weight in gold! We are super happy and inspired after the few days in the Tiny House. We would have liked to have stayed longer! 🧡

Without much preparation, we were lucky to be able to discover this wonderful place on an extended weekend. The beautiful nature between the Baltic Sea and the Bodden, the architecture of the thatched-roof houses and the artists' colony impressed us. We felt very comfortable in the lovingly designed little thatched cottage. Since we also rent out on Airbnb ourselves, we also appreciate the efforts to achieve sustainability, which are by no means self-evident. Thank you for the hospitality.

The house is really very nice and the location really pleasant. The beds are comfortable. However, the mattresses were very clammy, so we had to heat everything first, because otherwise you were lying on a slightly damp mattress. But then it worked. We really liked it, but we were also traveling a lot, otherwise we would probably have missed a real living room where you can sit comfortably and watch TV. There is a TV, but it is set up in such a way that you could not really watch it. It's nice that there are more than enough dishes, often vacation homes lack these things. Pots, dishes and cutlery and also reasonable knives are colorful, but plentiful and you do not have to wash them constantly.

We immediately felt comfortable in Janin's red cottage near the beach. The furnishings of the beach pearl are very well maintained and lovingly designed. Through the large windows we enjoyed the open view of the pine trees. Due to a clever layout of the rooms, the small cottage looks very spacious. Easy communication with Janine and the caretaker service, which we once had to use. Also, thanks for the flowers🙂

Accommodation was good for us as train travelers to reach, good ferry connection. Apartment was tastefully decorated and had good facilities. Excursions were also easily accessible.

We had a wonderful extended weekend at Dominik's place. This is very high quality, at the same time cozy, the wonderful sauna is of course a highlight and for us the free entry to the ahoi thermal baths was also a big hit. The proximity to Binz, various activities such as the treetop trail and Karls Erdbeerhof, the playground and the nice restaurants right next door completed our perfect relaxing weekend. Dominik was always easily accessible and very eager to help with any questions. We'll be back soon, thank you so much!

Everything was great and we felt very comfortable in the apartment. In addition, it is only 5-10 minutes to the beach.

We stayed in the apartment for the second time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and color-dimmable mood lighting. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could sleep sleep very well. The view from the bedroom is impressive, over the south balcony to the Achterwasser is impressive. In the cornered, bright living room there are various areas, so that families with children also have plenty of space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and sometimes baked, from high-quality pots to the waffle iron, everything is available. We've never had such a good TV in an apartment and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and gym in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. Very positive is the proximity to the beach, within walking distance in three, four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin is also a 5-minute walk away and we used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.
