Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kram

We loved staying at Sunflower (all three of us as we took our dog, Poppy) lovely house and surroundings. Garden and pool immaculate. Friendly staff at Moo Baan and property agents were very quick to respond and deal with any problems we had. Fanny was always on hand to help (through email) and we would love to come back to the area again. Many thanks for a relaxed, happy stay.

Lovely place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. You’ll need some wheels to get to the beach / explore around, but it’s a nice and calm place to do so, so all good. Didn’t meet Sami but he was very responsive to our messages/needs. His place was clean, spacious, relaxing, and well equipped. Many thanks!

Vi hade en jättefin månad i huset, vi var mellan 4 och 6 personer. Huset låg längst ner i området vilket vi tyckte var skönt. Mycket fina trädgårdar o vackert i området., rent och fint överallt, trevlig pool att simma i. Vi uppskattade cyklarna som vi fick låna så vi kunde cykla till olika stränder och platser och restauranger som låg lite längre bort. Kommer gärna igen till Mae Phim och Ingvors hus, rekommenderar det verkligen. Överlag bra prisläge i Mae Phim jämfört med andra delar av Thailand.

Skønt hus med dejlig lille privat pool. Desuden stor pool i kort gåafstand. Vi lejede en tuktuk hvilket gjorde det let at udforske lokalområdet. Huset fungerede perfekt for os. Vær obs på at det lille værelse er meget lille - dog fint til børn at sove i. Flot have og flot aflukket kvarter. Vi var i huset 2 skønne uger og kommer gerne igen. Kan varmt anbefales.

War die beste Unterkunft die wir je über Airbnb gebucht haben. Es war das erste Mal, dass ich den Kühl- Gefrierschrank nicht abtauen musste. Der private Pool war sehr schön und wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und geräumig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Motorbike konnten wir gleich, zu einem guten Preis, vor Ort mieten. Ist auch unbedingt erforderlich. Der Transfair von und zum Flughafen, hat trotz der verspäteten Ankunft, tadellos funktioniert. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub für uns.

Alex was a great host, his response time to our communications was always very fast and friendly. His house was exactly as described and the location was perfect, check in and out was effortless and the staff at the office extremely friendly and helpful. Can definitely highly recommend this home.

SUPER - sehr schöne funktionelle Unterkunft - super Ausstattung, sehr “geräumig”, sauber, alles vorhanden und wunderschöne, gepflegte Gartenanlage - und ganz nahe am ebenfalls sehr schönen “hauseigenen” Strand mit Sitzgelegenheiten (ruhig, ganz wenig andere Leute) - Personal top und freundlich - mit “Gastgeber” super und reibungslose Kommunikation und “Betreuung”...

The villa and the surroundings exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spacious and fully furnished with tasteful decor. Beds were comfortable and the bed linens clean (actually the whole place was spotless). The pool was large and clean. What made our stay really special was the beach, just a few yards from the pool. The beach went on for miles in each direction and was pretty clean with wonderful views. We will certainly consider returning next year!

Anna’s place was what we were looking for, in a sleepy part of town with fantastic access to the beach and fresh seafood! We loved it and would definitely come back.

Apartamento muy nuevo y muy bien decorado, muy moderno y con mucho gusto. el sofá y la cama muy cómodos. Hay piscina y gimnasio y además casi nunca nadie nadie. cruzando la carretera está la playa enfrente, que está bastante bien. Andando hay varios restaurantes que están muy bien. el Host respondía rápido y estaba siempre pendiente. En l a nevera había bebidas y cafetera Nespresso aunque era de pago y con precio bastante caro. muy recomendable este alojamiento

こちらの方々はとても親切で優しくフレンドリーな方達でした。 場所も静かな所にあり、繁華街が苦手なのでゆっくり穏やかな時間を過ごせました。バイクもこちらでレンタルして３日間、不自由なく過ごせました。 地元の人たちも同じように、とても親切でフレンドリーなのでラヨーンにはまた来たいと思いました。 都会に疲れた方には、特におすすめです。

ตั้งแต่ใช้บริการ air bnb มาเป็นสิบครั้ง ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งแรกที่ host มารอเปิดประตูห้องให้ และแนะนำห้องแบบทุกซอกทุกมุม ดูอบอุ่นเป็นกันเอง เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้ามีทุกอย่าง มีแม้กระทั้งเครื่องล้างจาน ที่จอดรถสะดวก จอดใต้ตึกได้เลย รปภ.อำนวยความสะดวกดีมาก ช่วยขนของถึงหน้าห้องเลย ห้องสะอาดดีมาก รู้สึกถึงความใส่ใจของเจ้าของห้องดีมากๆ คอนโดเจ้าของเดียวกับโรงแรมมาริออท เลยใช้สระว่ายน้ำของโรงแรมได้ สระว่ายน้ำโรงแรมโอเค แต่สระว่ายน้ำคอนโดแม้จะใหญ่กว่าแต่ขาดการบำรุงรักษาเลยดูไม่ค่อยน่าเล่นเท่าไร

Normally I should write a bad review that I could keep Seamus (James) and his apartment as a secret. But then I would tell lies cos there is nothing bad to tell neither about the apartment and the great location nor about Seamus as a great host. If you ever dreamed of a VIP vacation with concierge service just go there and I think Seamus will top your expectations. No matter what you might ask him for he will answer within minutes or appear in person. Could not be any better or friendlier he is an absolutely gem. I NEVER had a more pleasant stay in many years of traveling. Thanks for everything and the more you gave to us.

Lovely, modern well-equipped condo with lift. Fantastic rooftop infinity pool with beautiful sea view. The condo is close to good restaurants with a mix of Thai and western food. Management company is helpful and friendly, we rented a scooter from them and they organised a taxi for our onward travel. Great location to experience an authentic Thai holiday destination, especially during Songkran. It's useful to hire a scooter or car for exploring points of interest further afield and to reach amenities such as banks, if you need to change money. There are no money exchange kiosks in the local area but there are ATMs. The Grand Blue Resort next to the condo allow access to their pool (with comfy sunloungers, parasols, sauna and bar/restaurant) for 200 baht per person per day.

Очень чистые и уютные апартаменты в новом кондоминимуме. Все необходимое есть и лучшего качества. Море через дорогу. Только неприятно очень шумно на улице на выходных до 2 часов ночи. Но это от хозяев не зависит

This place is authentic cosy hideaway which gives us a real privacy and comforts. It is good for family to spend time together in a comfortably spacious & clean place equipped with sufficient amenities. This room provides panoramic scenery of both sea and mountain views. Thanks to Monica and Bob, our hosts who are really friendly, kind, and very helpful.

The building is new, the shower is a little bit narrow. No door or curtains the til3d. Difficult to avoid to wet. Big screen tv(55 ") for a small room

Sehr schönes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung. Toller Gemeinschaftspool, sehr gute zim Meer mit Liegen und Sitzecken. Fitnessraum war etwas klein und trotz Klimaanlage zu warm. Ansonsten war alles top!

The place was close to the beach but not a beach front, we liked how cozy the place and neighborhood was. Enough space for a family of 3 and was very clean. Hosts are responsive and flexible, we definitely come back again.
