We are a 4-generation farm with sustainable projects, including an emerging permaculture garden in front of the apartment. The apartment is ideal for couples. We are happy to provide a crib.

Our holiday apartment is located in the right part of a single-family house im Carinerland OT Neu Karin in M-V. Through a separate entrance, the guest has complete privacy. From the kitchen you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and in the outdoor area there is a south-facing terrace. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, age-appropriate (partly also handicap accessible) For peace seekers and nature lovers. A free Wi-Fi connection is there.

Our holiday home offers 130 sqm with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms enough space for up to 6 persons. The house is nicely furnished and comfortably equipped. You will find a new and fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with fireplace, two bathrooms, a sauna, a room with a multifunctional fitness equipment and a large living area with radio and new TV. From the kitchen you can access the terrace and the beautiful garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

Even in cooler temperatures, the underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.

Our newly renovated, cozy apartment is located in a quiet city area of Rostock, centrally located and just a few minutes walk from the tram stop "Dierkow-Zentrum". The holiday apartment is located in the basement of our single-family house and sleeps up to 5 people and one baby.
